Jersey Mike's Subs

Had come in for a VEGGIE sandwich and asked for it mikes way with my extra fixings, and the only thing she got on my sandwich were my extra fixings i wanted. I was a bit distracted getting out of line to get myself water but I had already reminded her that it was mikes way. Got home and ended up with a lettuce, cheese and some juice for a veggie sandwich. This hasn’t happened before but when I reminded her of it being Mikes way, I would have thought the onion and tomato wouldn’t have been forgotten

Put in an order at this restaurant, first time going here, was just passing through the area so I didn't order to pick up.
But when I picked up and was about to eat it in the car my bread was completely soggy from the overflow of pickle juice.
I have celiac disease so I ordered the gluten-free bread and to ask them if they can change their gloves because I can get gluten if they touched other items with gluten.
So I am assuming they didn't like that request so they put a bunch of pickle juice in my sandwich.

Everything was ok until we changed until we asked the small Asian girl to cut our sandwiches in 4 pieces instead of three. She turned around and pulled our ticked back from the ticket holder and made a dog face like she was not supposed to be there today. She repeated the order back to us like she was teaching us a lesson. Listen people if these $16.00 per hour job is not for you, find an In & Out or something else. If don’t like your work QUITT! There are people that really need a job and want to work at Jersey Mike’s. Asian short lady, don’t give your team a bad rep. If I ever come back I hope you don’t work there anymore.

Had ordered online through seamless and the entire order went wrong, but Tristin from this store was so nice and went above and beyond to help me out with my order. He was diligent in finding out all the necessary information to make the order proceed smoothly. I rarely see good customer service anywhere anymore, but this store has it all. Thank you Tristen. I will only go to and order from this store in the future.

The girls working today messed up my order twice. They ignored what I said and it was very frustrating. I work customer service and I know it’s easy to go on autopilot but this was ridiculous.The two girls working the meat and the toppings at 5pm May 4th need to get it together.

We had great service, young lady didn’t question my 1slice tomato and vinegar on tomato, met the manager who was very appreciative of my comments, this is our favorite Jersey Mikes, THX see you again soon

This is my new go to spot by my work. I am kind of obsessed with their Philly cheese steak. Sandwich they recommended adding grilled mushrooms, too. Amazing,amazing recommendation. I've had it like, 4 or 5 times already.
