This is my new go to spot by my work. I am kind of obsessed with their Philly cheese steak. Sandwich they recommended adding grilled mushrooms, too. Amazing,amazing recommendation. I've had it like, 4 or 5 times already.

I'm a loyal customer but when you see something wrong going on with the environment and sensing something wrong with the workers, that explains a lot. While getting my sandwich prepped noticed that the workers were not changing their gloves. That got me disgusted. Their health grade has come down poorly. I'm not coming back to this store.

I thought this place was supposed to be more premium than subway but it was so gross and has way less options. I went to use a tmobile free sub code and now I know why they had to partner with them. The place is not kept clean, the girl went to slice. Moldy dirty cheese and when I called that out she didn't swap the bread despite initially putting moldy cheese on it gross and the slice bread sat on counter directly not on a wrapper. They have barely any veggies as toppings, tomatoes were old and soggy no spinach just wilted iceberg. I'm not some one who comes here but damn I thought subway was supposed to be the poor Sandwich place but this one will leave you disgusted. I've filed a health complaint online the health department needs to observe what I did and the areas you can't see as a customer.

The services has changed tremendously. I ordered a 43 not a 42 because I don't eat chicken. Then I was accused of changing my order once it was done and called out. That was comical to me, like I have time to waste at a Jersey Mike's. So sad because this was one of my fav locations.
We were super excited to try the gluten free bun and it didn't disappoint. Definitely, will be back.

Thank you Jersey Mike's for reaching out to me. I really like Jersey Mikes. Their subs are awesome. I believe that the cheesesteak is incredible. Better than in Philadelphia in my opinion. I've tried all the sub sandwich places in Santa Clarita and they are the best. Always fresh, friendly staff and clean. I'm so happy they opened a new location on Golden Valley near Sam Club. It's close to my house. Thank you for providing a great sandwich.

This small place opened near me recently so I decided to go and try it. I got the cheesesteak sandwich and boy was it juicy and good! It is staffed by loads of 20-somethings who are still trying to get their bearings and learn to work as a team, but don't let that dissuade you. The food was great! Just don't go if you are in a hurry.

I wanted to Love this location just like every other Jersey Mikes! (DELICIOUS food) on my lunch (30 min) i decided to drive to jersey mikes. Which is a block away from my job.When i entered the restaurant i was not greeted and a customer ahead of me was conversating with the employeees for a good 10 min, therefore making it difficult for me to order. So i kind if sat on a chair waiting for them to finish (Im kind of on the shy side so i rather not interrupt ) i noticed another customer approaching the door to enter the restaurant so i decided maybe i should get up before she comes inside. I placed my order and then 2 other customers order after me. The crew greets them and prioritizes making their subs before mine. Which made me feel horrible. I was holding back tears and kindly asked for a refund. The manager on duty (name starts with a J) Rudely said that if i wasnt sitting down then they couldve made my sub first. I asked if it was against the companys policy to do refunds and he said no, its up to the manager and since hes the manager hes deciding not to do a refund and told me to get my sandwich and get the hell out of the store. I grabbed my sandwich and got out. Walked to my car and cried for the remainder of my lunch (5min) i couldn't believe he triggered the worst anxiety attack ive ever gotten in a long time.Maybe im just sensitive... not everyone is the same.. some people are kind and sensitive while others are different.. so i broke down.. i still ate my sandwich because the food is great..
