Terrible service, I ordered online, I arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the employees were playing in the back of the store, when they saw me they asked what I wanted, I told them I was coming to pick up the order, the ticket of my order was on the counter and they never started to prepare it, they did not apologize, at that moment a customer came in and instead of preparing my order he began to attend to the customer who arrived after me, I told him that I was late due to a request to return the money to my card and cancel my order, I saw myself saying OK and mockingly, until now they have not returned the money to me, that happened Monday, December 2, 2024 @ about 4:10 pm

I’ve been coming to this jersey mikes for years. Usually after 8:30P to get a hot sub. Well tonight I come to find out they’ve been shutting off the grill at 8:30P according to an employee there which I found odd because like I said I’ve been coming here for years after 8:30P to get a hot sub. Anyhow, needless to say won’t bother coming here. And a heads up to anyone even thinking of coming a minute after 8:30P to get a sub. Don’t waste your time these employees are eager to get the hell out of there at 9P sharp.

The food was good but the three ladies working there looked miserable and seemed to hate their jobs. They're customer service skills were severely lacking. It was 7pm on Friday night and we were the only customers so not sure why the bad attitudes.
