Ordered a catering order in the morning, it was ready and perfect at 1 for pick up!

Picking my online order and walk into this ? What in the world !

The date is July 7th at 6:57pm I walked in on my lunch break of which I only have 30 minutes and I wanted to get a sub because I like Jersey Mikes good food but I never got my food. See I get there and these lazy workers and I don’t say it lightly ima call like I see it did not provide service. There was 3 workers you would think that would be enough to handle a Sunday afternoon but apparently the workers like to steal company time as they left one worker out on the line to provide service. I asked him to help me but he was working on another order probably an online order he was trying to do his job he calls to the back for help and I walk to the register and I see a male and female in the back on their phone giggling and laughing. Now look I’m not one to expect high quality service but apparently the compony does because I interviewed and that’s something they “strive for” well the service never got there the women kept giggling with the boy and tried to put on the gloves in a half assed manner without EVEN WASHING HER HANDS I said thank you to the gentleman in the front as he was actually doing his job and I left. Check the camera and the owner can verify all this to be correct. I like the food but as someone who eats pretty frequently at jersey Mikes I can say this one at least on Sunday’s is a no go.

Really no complaints. Service is always great by the staff. Sandwiches are always made fast and to order whether you’re ordering in person or picking up a mobile order.

Bread is always fresh, toppings are plentiful, the sandwiches are always massive for the price and well worth it to fill you up

The worse place to come and eat fresh food they don’t even keep the place where they service the subs clean. The bread. They throw it around in any place they have space to place it down. The portions are very small The sub Read they gave me. Was next to The degreaser bottle. I felt racially profile by the employees I don’t usually do this I don’t like giving reviews but this time it was different. My sub tasted like soap

Never order online from here- they constantly mess it up and at this point it seems intentional. Because how do you forget to put meat on a simple ham, lettuce, cheese sandwich and add a random pepper?

The place behind the counter is great. The sanitary spots are not behind the counter. Bring hand sanitizer if you are dining in.

Horrible service. I came in and four girls were working together but they were very distracted and got my order wrong. I had to remind the workers 3-4 times what to put in my sandwich and they got my boyfriend’s order completely wrong. They were just very distracted, talking to each other, and seemed inexperienced. Please don’t schedule those girls together again cuz I will not be coming into this one anymore.

Worst sandwich shop. All employees were super inattentive. No one could take clear directions. The boy ringing me up was very sweet and made me feel at home his name was Preston

Need to work on their customer service!

Service was really horrible. I asked for my sandwich the guy with a puffy hair taking forever talking about movies and waiting for my order for him to make and they’re just talking like they’re home instead of working kind of seems like they don’t care if they have the customer waiting Very sad. The guy was making someone’s order and pour oil all over having the sandwich very soaking up and then. He just noticed that it was too watery and he still talking with the other two workers that he is in pain attention I would never go back there again my first time ever…

Terrible service, I ordered online, I arrived 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, the employees were playing in the back of the store, when they saw me they asked what I wanted, I told them I was coming to pick up the order, the ticket of my order was on the counter and they never started to prepare it, they did not apologize, at that moment a customer came in and instead of preparing my order he began to attend to the customer who arrived after me, I told him that I was late due to a request to return the money to my card and cancel my order, I saw myself saying OK and mockingly, until now they have not returned the money to me, that happened Monday, December 2, 2024 @ about 4:10 pm

As usual food was good but service was slow, counter person taking orders was non attentive, too busy slicing meat.
