Great place it’s just I come every other day for the same sandwich and everytime they charge me a different price then try to charge for something I didn’t get

Double charged me and refused to give a refund. Employee was extremely rude and blew it off as it was no problem. Told me it was my fault for the double charge and then gave a sarcastic "have a good day" as I walked out.

I've never had a bad jersey mikes sando until this place. Worst made sandwich I've ever had. Asked for easy mustard and easy mayo on the app and this is what I got. Luckily I got no oil and no vinegar. I couldn't imagine what that would have looked like.

These guys are such a great crew. Always hustling and busy busy best of all, friendly. The sandwiches are good and fresh and the crew will get you out of there quickly. I walk in and get my sandwiches to go and they make em quick and exactly to my specification.

I'll change my rating if things change. I come to this location every single week! The sandwiches are great, the employees are awesome and know me by now! The only thing I have an issue with especially when I see 3-4 employees sitting in the back is the fact that the front door window as dirty and nasty as it is sometimes makes me sick especially cause I eat in when I do eat there. The other is the floors are always full of food. Fix this slight issue and I go from 3 to 5 stars.

Best Jersey mikes around! Whoever manages this store clearly knows how to hire a good staff and train them. This location is super fast with your order and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The sandwiches are delicious and consistent. I’ve been back multiple times and will be a new frequent customer.

This is the best place for a Sub, or from where I'm from, a Grinder. Best ingredients. Best staff. Best creations of any Jersey Mikes I've been to. It's the only one I'll go to in Lancaster/Palmdale.

Mixed feelings.The food is great at any Jersey Mikes! I witness an employee not changing gloves. They touched food then went to cash registered and put stickers on the sandwich. Never changing gloves. I think this place may need re training on how to used the gloves. I will go back to this place in a few if this post is still up that means they failed. It's simple, change your gloves regularly!!!
