When this jersey mikes first opened it was great. But now I would not recommend coming here their customer service is horrible and they have a bunch of teenage kids working here who don’t put any effort into making these sandwiches. There always standing in the back on their cell phones. I would say go to the one on Soledad! Not this location!

Connor helped me out tonight. He was amazing and made my jersey mikes sub amazing. It's all younger kids here and they all work very hard including Connor.

I have had several portabella & mushroom sandwiches from Jersey Mikes and they have always been very good, however this one missed the mark! I couldn't eat this!

The customer service needs improvement. I was in the middle of my order when 3 young ladies came in, they were waiting their turn when the guys making my sandwich asks them if they had an order for pick up, they said yes it’s a catering order, instead of saying, OK, I’ll be with you in just a moment or asking the person who was doing something behind him to help the ladies he stops my order and tends to the other people. So I decided to leave and not buy anything. This is clearly rude and not good customer service.

Best Jersey Mikes location in Santa Clarita. Everyone there was so friendly and so kind! Although there was a line of customers, the employees handled it well and got me out of there quickly with no problems. The store was also very clean despite the long line of customers. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Jersey Mikes!

We ordered a Bacon Ranch Chicken hot sandwich. We understand it was taking a bit longer because it needs to be grilled. After a customer ahead of us got their order and a family 5 after us got their order. We asked if our order was almost done? And the only male worker that was slicing meat made a rude comment. He responded,"She's cooking it, you don't want salmonella, do you?" Awkward silence in the room. This was inappropriate and should be addressed. Customer service needs to be improved. There were 4 female employees and he was the only male there. The young lady who prepared it didn't even apologize for the wait. I think this could have been handled better. He could have just said it's taking a bit longer, thank you for your patience. Otherwise, the sub was okay. Everyone there were all grumpy. No smiles. This place needs better representation of this establishment.
Located in the plaza next to Starbucks, parking is easy and readily accessible.Went on a weeknight and it was 2 clients (including me) in the store. Space itself is not significant or worth pointing out, there are seating available if you choose to dine in.I had gotten a regular Chicken Bacon Ranch to-go. Getting home to eat it, the sandwich was still hot. The sandwich was fine, quality of the food was good, although the lettuce looked a little old when I was watching her assemble it.Staff was friendly, they were patient with intaking orders and was good about taking care of your order.

Not as good as it was, since they started to slice the cheez a lot thinnerand the quality is going downhill eat there 3-4 times a week. Need to find a new place.

I ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike's for pickup. After I sent the order I was a little wary because I thought they might make a mistake with all of the toppings or shortchange me on ingredients because I wouldn't inspect the sandwich until I got home. Well, my worries were unfounded as the turkey was stacked high and there were plenty of toppings, everything that I requested was on my sandwich. I would have given them 5 stars except the sandwich, while wrapped well, was pretty messy and certainly not photo ready. I guess when avocado is involved there's always a danger of the other veggies slipping out, due to viscosity issues. The ordering via Yelp/Grubhub was pretty easy and I got an almost immediate response that the order was received and the timeframe when it would be ready for pickup. The sandwich was ready and packed up when I arrived and a polite fellow got it from the rack for me. The store was very clean and they were well staffed. All good! Overall, this was a positive experience with ordering, pickup and my sandwich tasted really good. I was able to save half, due to the generous size of the "Regular", for another meal. I will definitely visit this Jersey Mike's (Skyline/Plum Canyon) again in the future.
