Efficient, professional and most important they listen to what you want and let you know from the jump if it's possible! I recently ordered one for my friends gender reveal, having the cake reveal the gender and it was the talk of the party. I went to Jill's Creations because of an emergency and this bakery was a blessing in disguise! The decoration was superb and the cake was moist and so yummy. It looked too pretty to eat and tasted just as amazing!! The price was also reasonable. I came on a Monday morning and needed the cake by Wednesday @9am. They delivered and surpassed my expectations. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend!

Jill is just great, hands down! We ordered a 4-tier cake for our wedding in October and Jill personally sat with us during the cake tasting to talk through the flavors and design. Her cakes are moist and flavorful! Our favorite was the Chocolate cake with Mocha cream/frosting. All her flavors were so good we picked three flavors for our 4-tier cake! We provided her with photos of what we would like our cake to look like and our cake looked way better than the photo!!! She was great to work with and was just a kind person. Thank you, Jill for our beautiful cake!!!

Called and asked if we could come in to order a cake for 5 days from now. Was told by person on phone "we close in 10 minutes so..." asked if they could wait for us as we are about a mile away and then person on phone asked "what day do you need it" I responded this Saturday. Then she proceeded to tell me "well we are only doing basic cakes for that day" UNBELIEVABLE! Very rude and I would recommend going elsewhere for any cake needs for your special events. This place needs to learn about customer service! No wonder they don't have 5 stars!

I don't know where to start. I am extremely grateful for Jill's Cake Creations. My original baker fell through due to a last minute emergency which left me scrambling for last minute solutions. I came upon Jill's Cake Creations after looking for local SCV bakeries and decided to take a leap a faith. I contacted Jill's 4 days before the event to see if they could accommodate a last minute cake order. They got back to me within the hour after I emailed them the details of my cake. A million thank you's to Jill's amazing team for making my sister's birthday a success + bringing her cake vision to life. Moving forward, I will be going to Jill's for any type of cake + bake goods orders. Everyone loved the flavor (carrot cake + cream cheese filling) & design of the cake.
