Went in yesterday 2/16/2020 and thought working hours were till 7 pm. and was told at 6:05 PM that they had put the stuff away and that he was making the last smoothie . I thought that was very unprofessional I would have understood if it was a couple minutes before losing but it was an hour.

Don't go here if you want good products or service! Today I ordered a melon madness, and to start off the girl kept saying she would be right with me but took like 10 minutes to even take my order. Then, I witnessed her talking to a different customer and tell him she had no idea what was in a smoothie that he wanted. Then, she made my drink wrong. I am very displeased and will not be back to this location.

i walked in and first impression was good music, clean and simple. i went in at a time when i got to look at the menu and think about what i want. found the "lucky lemon punch" which had everything i liked. friendly staff behind counter asked me if i needed any help but i got to ordering. she whipped up real quick and i was right.. it is so goooood. perfect choice. right amount of sweet and a slight kick of tang which makes it perfect for any mood and weather.

I'm not local to the area (anymore) but I visit my parents often. I love JUI but the last TWO times I've gone, they are "closed". Even if the hours online and on the door are much later than the time I arrive. So disappointing. Wish there was one closer to me, I'll have to find a different juice place.

Came here after the gym at golds and always come get a protien smoothie but the hours are very unreliable. They are closed at 6:40 pm on a wendsday afternoon with hours on their door saying they are open till 8. Terrible management. I recommend going to any other juice it up.

Says open at 8 but it's 8:20 and there's still nobody in the store and it's locked. I'm not sure if the opener is late or they are closed for whatever reason but if the opener for the store is late I recommend someone with more responsibility to actually open the store on time

Came here to get a smoothie and the girl who made it was so sweet and kind!!! Only complaint I had was she was there by herself during a rush hour!!! She told me her manager schedules like that!!!
Had a great experience in Juice it Up today! Walked in and was greeted by a handsome young man Chris. He was very welcoming and made my smoothie very timely, due to the fact I had a meeting to run to. Made my day! Thank you for your service Chris!

I just discovered this shop near where I work out. Went for my second time yesterday and they were out of 3 key ingredients (cucumber, ginger, and something for the bowls) @ 10A! To add insult to injury, the music was completely vulgar with fowl language and sexual innuendos. It totally turned me off to returning to this location. The manager should be notified ASAP.

Come here very often, most of the time there are two people sometimes only one causing a large back up if multiple people are in. Be aware, most of their boost powders and some toppings are out as apparently the owner doesn't feel it necessary to order them. The poor guys have to tell me each time, "sorry we do not have it today, not sure when we will." Poor management and ownership of this location. Kids working here are great and do a good job.

First of all I want to say I love JIUP. This morning I came to this location after my yoga class and i was a little disappointed about the service. I came in and i said hi to the guy behind the counter and he didn't respond. Later i order my smoothie, he made it, and when i said thank you, he didn't respond at all. Very rude person. The taste of the smoothie was good and the place was clean. That's why I'm giving this place three stars. Idk about the service of other workers here, but this guy for sure needs to be trained on customer service.
