Juice it up is truly amazing! The workers were very sweet and understanding, recommending me their favorite menu items! The service was also pretty fast as well. I haven't tried there smoothies yet but the Protein Acai Bowl is my personal favorite!

The employees are so friendly and no matter how busy they are, they're on it! My order is right every time and delicious. I especially love the California Cooler, my absolute fave on a hot day. And the acai bowls are the bomb!

I've never been to this location, it's over by the Starbucks tucked in the back. The inside is small like the others but I did see some tables outside to sit at. I walked in and noticed there was an order here line and a mobile order/pickup area. I walked over to the mobile order pickup station and never once got approached by the three girls working that day. I then hopped over to the order here station and she asked what I would like, and proceeded to tell her I have a mobile order under my name. She went in the back to grab it and handed it to me, but why have a designated area for mobile orders if you're just gonna be ignored when you stand in that line?? The acai bowl I got was the basic acai, with banana and strawberries, coconut flakes, honey drizzle and I added pb for an additional charge. The hemp granola isn't gf as I checked the website and I also called to double check and she told me it was only vegan. (Which is a little misleading as online it says this bowl is vegan and gf). Also, this bowl would have been 5 stars if the coconut flakes weren't at the bottom of my fruit. IMO that's consider a topping, not a mixed in option to an acai bowl. The acai bowl had good texture, fruit was fresh. I also asked for honey drizzled on top and that wasn't added to the bowl either unless it was mixed in with the coconut flakes idk.. but whoever is making these acai bowls needs a refresher on how to actually make one!

Please hire people that understand customer service is about serving the customer. I was handed a watery smoothie and inquired about the consistency of the drink. The girl was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Disappointed!

I came here 5 times every single time I came here they are out of juice so you won’t be able to get any raw juicesThey close at 8 i always made sure to come around 6:30 no more than 7:00

Açaí bowl was basically juice it was super watery basically a water down smoothie the moment I got it. I understand it’s hot but this is 3 mins after getting my order and there’s only 4 pieces of strawberry and like 5 banana. They don’t put much toppings overall there are better places to go to.

The customer service here was amazing, my first time trying juice it up & I will be back! We got there a few minutes after closing (we didn't notice the time) & this kind man still let us in to take our order, so nice of him!! We decided to go for the protein blasts and they were sooo yummy :) I have to go back & try more!

I absolutely love the smoothies and bowls here, but every time I go and get Reem, she always does my bowl wrong! She makes them wrong and also EXTREMELY small!!! Bowls are not cheap either!
