This is the second time at this location. I ordered online and received the wrong order. When I emailed KFC to let them know they completely denied it. I know what food I buy and I always get the same thing. They did not reimburse or offer any kind of exchange. It's very disappointing when you pay a lot of money for food and DO NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ITEMS. I Will not go back to this KFC EVER AGAIN. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. Some satisfactory chicken, except for the fact that they might as well be taking a grease bath. I’ve been ordering from this KFC for quite a while now and it has never disappointed. The biscuits are wonderful, the mashed potatoes aren’t too dry, the Mac and cheese is great, and the chicken is great, except for one part. Usually, fast food chains are greasy, and I get that sometimes in the franchise they add grease for extra flavor or anything else they need to do. I don’t know too much about the fast food industry, but this chicken was so greasy, by the time I held a chicken wing for 5 seconds, my hands were COVERED in grease. The chicken might have been dipped in grease for too long, but one out of five times, there’s bound to be a greasy batch. The only good thing is there’s never been enough grease to be declared inedible. Thank you KFC, but next time please remember not to absolutely dump and cover the chicken in grease.

I don't know why places hire people who are genuinely unhappy being there. Just went thru the drive thru and that guy working barely said 2 words. No cars in line except myself. I was friendly said please and thank you and I just got a blank stare and the window closed on me. People don't go to work if you are unhappy. Just stay home.
