Man where should I even start, I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was the driest food I’ve ever eaten. So bland with little to no flavor. Chicken was very hard to chew and fries tasted like they’ve sat there for 2 hours. Now i remember why I don’t eat at KFC anymore. Won’t be touching this location ever again.

I would give this location, the management and the staff and the establishment a negative but unfortunately we can't do thumbs up or thumbs down plus or minus with this PC world

That being said
They messed up my order
It's like asking for a Big Mac and they give you a fish fillet instead
It makes me feel warm, cozy inside knowing the fact that we have Popeyes instead
Popeyes all around for the price for the quantity for the quality for the location for the staff for the management. Every time I've gone there it's always been aces. Every time I go into a KFC it's like going into a mortuary
This will be my last time ever going to this location or even giving my hard-earned money to this company

This drive thru always mess up my orders. I always come buy leg and thigh chicken and always give me mixed chicken. How hard is it to get the order right? This is like the 7th time i had my order mess up. 3 times i went back to exchange it but now im tired of going back there to switch it up. I am never going back to this shitty place.

This KFC is a hit or miss. They ran out of chicken at 9 pm even though the sign says they close at 11. If you order through the app, you get stuck with no refund and no food. Staff says they can’t help. The manager stays out of sight and gives no update while you wait for them to figure out how to get your money back. Now you’re stuck calling customer service hoping you get your 25 dollars back for your six pieces of chicken. Y

I tried to have the chicken delivered. I needed to add a gate code. I w my to customer support. No luck. I called three times and was told by a recording the voice mail had not been set up. No one answered what a terrible way to run a business

We never really come here, but saw an ad for $3.99 chicken sandwich so we thought let’s try it.
It did not disappoint!
Fresh Bun, big juicy and crispy chicken breast with pickles. Delicious!! Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.
I’ll definitely go back more often.

Got at KFC canyon country location @9:30pm, Friday 7/18/25. Alex the manager said no more chicken left of any kind. I wondering if the owner knows that the employees are taking chicken home for dinner. The restaurant closes at 10pm and 9:30pm they run out of chicken.

The breading of the chicken is very bad, fat, it's falling off. The breading is also very salty for me❌ Potatoes seem to have been forgotten in oil

This is the second time at this location. I ordered online and received the wrong order. When I emailed KFC to let them know they completely denied it. I know what food I buy and I always get the same thing. They did not reimburse or offer any kind of exchange. It's very disappointing when you pay a lot of money for food and DO NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT ITEMS. I Will not go back to this KFC EVER AGAIN. BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS STORE. GO TO POPEYES IN GOLDEN VALLEY ITS GREAT THERE!!! IM JUST LEAVING A REVIEW. Just like KFC asked me to.
