customer service is amazing at this location, everyone was so friendly and patient. They keep it clean and very organized. I highly recommend the strawberry milk drink!

I ask for an ice cream ,it was no good at all the oreo and mint was nasty taste bitter I only take a spoonful and I return it to the girl I told her it taste bitter she not even offer me another one she just grab it from my hand and walk away ,,never again i do not coming back here.

General: There is ample parking space.Vibe: The shop appeared lively with ample seating, accommodating my group of three without difficulty. However, we faced a considerable wait time to place our order.Service: The woman assisting us was kind and attentive. Initially she told us the price for a regular elote was $5 each. We ordered two regular elotes, one Hot Cheeto elote, and one fresas con crema. To our surprise, the total bill, including tax, was $35.30 for these four items.Upon reviewing the receipt, I saw that we were charged $12.48 for two regular elotes, equating to $6.24 per elote before tax. When I asked about this discrepancy with another employee, I was told that the elotes were priced "5 and some change," citing taxes as the likely reason for the higher charge. However, when I pointed out the separate tax line on the receipt, the conversation was abruptly dismissed, with the employee insisting that all charges were accurate.While I understand mistakes can happen, it was the dismissive attitude and unclear explanation that made it a negative experience for me. Transparency regarding pricing is crucial for a positive customer experience.Food: Although two of the three elotes were enjoyable, one didn’t taste or look fresh.When ordering fresas con crema you have the option of ordering fresh or frozen strawberries. We ordered the fresh strawberries.The strawberries were disappointing, with some showing signs of browning and being overly soft and rubbery.Conclusion: Regrettably, my overall dining experience here was poor. Despite a lively atmosphere and adequate seating, the mixed service, inconsistent food quality, and unexpectedly high prices make it difficult to recommend this establishment.
