On Sunday, my daughter and her friends visited the establishment to purchase a treat. My daughter had purchased a water and promptly realized that she had been charged incorrectly. She promptly notified the other employee about the error. Subsequently, my daughter informed the young cashier about the mistake, who promptly apologized. However, the other employee quickly approached the young cashier and began reprimanding her about her mistake in front of my daughter and her friends. My daughter and her friends found the situation amusing because they were unsure how to respond. I believe her name is Mary. I am uncertain whether she is a manager or lead, but it is inappropriate for her to address the cashiers in such a manner. This behavior not only reflects poorly on the business but also undermines the importance of teaching employees to treat each other with respect.

Great tasting treats HORRIBLE SERVISE!! The old lady who attended me was super rude, after iPaid for my paleta she just walked away from the register without telling me thank you or anything. I didn’t even know she was done with the transaction I just stood there like, umm am I done paying she just walked away and looked back and with a tamale face the salvadorean ones not the Mexican ones. Horrible person

We got the strawberries and cream homemade ice cream, and it was delicious. It tasted like dessert on a stick it was so good. Everyone there was nice. So far this is the best ice cream shop in town.

Great ice creams and gelatos. A taste of Mexican tradition with explosive flavors. The claw machines need an upgrade I found it a little dirty in the kids area. But the ice creams and gelatos were flawless.

This is my first time at this location, I been to other locations and the quality and service never disappoints. We ordered a mangoniada, fresa de leche drink and some ice cream. Each item was delicious. A lot of parking and a good amount of sitting is available. Also, this location has a children's play area. Definitely will be coming back.

I wish I can give this place a zero star they were really rude 3/24 @630pm we r from out of town was really craving a corn in a cup with extra mayo and extra Parmesan cheese but I guess she didn’t clearly understand corn in a cup when I was pointing to the cup she was really trying to put it in a hot Cheeto bag but I wanted a regular one with just mayo and butter and Parmesan cheese but extra and my fiance the same but add takis powder on top but they didn’t they said very rude we don’t do that every other place we been to has done it but she didn’t want to she didn’t even give me my extra mayo and Parmesan so I had the bottom on the corn plain and get the register and she tells me next time u order and she told me the right way to say it but I don’t understand why I couldn’t say it the way I wanted to everyone else understands it but overall she was just very rude will never come back here i hope these workers can check there attitude bc it did not make me feel welcome at all and also I think it’s very unsanitary that when there making stuff there not using gloves

What can I say!! Me encanta!!

This place was so much fun! Who knew there was queso ice cream? Their ice cream was so delicious. I tasted many varieties and was impressed by every one. I need to go back and try the popsicles. Very friendly staff, lots of seating and a fun looking kids room. I'm happy this place isn't too close to my house, I'd be there all the time. 😂

This place is a GEM and the best michoacana ever! I love their mangonadas! Service is always great and the place always looks clean and well kept! Keep up the great work!

30 minutes before closing they don’t have esquites and other items, they claim they ran out, in that case they should close the shop when they run out of food

Best Ice cream in town. The name scared me, but the ice cream keeps me coming back. The staff is wonderful!

Best ice cream around!!

Ordered by DoorDash toward end of evening. They confirmed the order but when dasher arrived a few minutes before closing they locked the door in his face and waved him off. Don’t accept an order at the end of the night if you won’t fulfill it. We now have zero choices ?

We love it, everything they sell there is super delicious, they serve very well, there is only one thing that I think, sometimes their music is very loud, but everything else is Super good.
