First time trying this fine dining restaurant and our experience was definitely good! Service was outstanding from start to finish. Food was good and maybe it was just the cut of meat that day, but the steak quality didn't match the price point. Again, nothing was bad at all, but for the price I wanted to be wowed. Everything about our experience was really good, especially the banana foster butter cake (it's a must)! Would certainly go back again, but would like to try something else on the menu next time.

Our server Sharlene was excellent! She was so very personable, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We will definitely go back and ask for Sharlene!

The atmosphere was very good. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Even though it might seem a little pricey, the quality of food and service makes it worthwhile.

Everything was amazing but the room temperature was extremely cold. As a result, we didn't want to order any drinks.

Dinner is always great at Larsen's. Staff was friendly and helpful. Always a great experience while eating at Larson's. I recommend this restaurant for a great dinner and pleasant time.

Thankyou for accommodating my newborn granddaughter this evening. The table was perfect and out of the way. Darell D was wonderful. My daughter and I loved his conversation. A couple missteps but the food and wine was and always is outstanding.

Great service and great food! The steak is delicious, I ordered the 12oz filet and took the leftovers home to my dog. He absolutely loved it! Will definitely be coming back.

My wife and I went out to celebrate a late Valentine's Day dinner. We chose Larsen's based on the prestige this establishment once had rivaling the other nice steakhouses in Southern California. I had not been to this location before. The food was wonderful. To our disappointment, our experience with the employees was horrible. Our server condescendingly advised us that “steakhouses” generally don't come with sides as we asked here to explain the daily specials. At the end of the meal, the server was rude about the effort needed to input gift cards we used as partial payment. Then the server stood (literally, not figuratively) over my shoulder while I input the gratuity. When I approached the hosts at the front desk about inquiring to speak with a manager about our experience, they pointed me in his general direction not escorting. After finding the manager, he was uninterested in listening to the situation. He told me he would contact me the following day by phone. I presume based on the phone under used for the reservation. Several days later and no call has been received. It's unfortunate that an establishment that was once held in such high regard has declined this far.

We enjoyed a nice appetizer, dinner, and a bottle of wine for a belated Valentine's Day date night. We will continue to eat at Larsen's, great food, great service. Will visit more often. Thanks!

The service was great but my entire family was sick after our meal. Severe stomach cramps, headaches and throwing up. Definitely food poisoning. Looks like another review was posted from the same night.

An honest reviews, the service was great. Darryl was very friendly and nice. However that is where it ends for this restaurant.
We ordered the following:
Tomahawk , mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, salmon, mushroom soup, French fries, salad, and bass.

The only part that was good was the tomahawk. The rest was pretty bad. My whole family party of 6 got sick after. My son puked in the bathroom of the restaurant. It was his bday. Everyone else had stomach issues in the morning.

The soup was very salty. Nobody liked it.
The salad had lots of cheese however the cheese wasn't good. Nobody liked it.
The sweet potatoes with marshmallows was too sweet. Nobody liked it.
Mashed potatoes was ok. We all ate it.
The tomahawk had a good taste. No complains there.
The bass was too sweet according to my mom.
Salmon was decent according to my wife.

I'm not sure if something was spoiled but it's no coincidence every single person in our party had stomach issues after.

I hope this helps someone out there.

The service was wonderful and the food was good but do t go there if you're on a budget. Side dishes and salads are meant for two and priced as such. I spent way more than I should have for one person

Let's start with the good. Service at Larsen's is always excellent. They treat their employees very well. The not so good - the food. We came in specifically for the Tomahawk steak deal they had. I'm assuming they are trying to get more folks in the restaurant. However the steak was not as good as we expected. Tough in parts and just ok taste. For the prices they charge the food should be much better. We will stick with the happy hour.

American Wagyu steak was definitely not Wagyu and probably a Choice grade steak at best-Buyer beware on this one. Asked for mashed potatoes without horseradish and they delivered them with horseradish which ruined my wife's appetite after 1 bite. We noted it was our anniversary iwhen making the reservation and not a congratulations or mention/acknowledgment of our anniversary from anyone at the restaurant which was somewhat disappointing. I know it's not a cheap place but when you spend $250 meal for 2 people, you expect a little more. The saying you get what you pay for doesn't apply here or at least didn't apply to our most recent visit.

We will definitely be at Larsen's again. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and served on a timely manner. Since it was our anniversary, we received a delicious butter cake. The steak was amazing and seasoned just like I love it.
