Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que

Came here for my birthday 4/5. My mom and I were so excited! we were looking forward to the food so much. However, we were ignored for 25 minutes. Not offered any drinks or biscuits. We got up and left! we weren't even greeted. By one single server! we’ve been supporting this establishment for years. Since I was a little girl. We've come here for numerous occasions. Extremely terrible service! I was so disappointed. I will never understand how you could treat another human being like that. Especially on a day meant to be so special. We went to cheesecake factory instead. Food was amazing & service was better! will be calling corporate!

It was OK. Service was good, but food just OK.

I was not happy with the food. The fried chicken had no flavor. The greens are nasty. The brisket salad was okay and so was the tri tip. The service was slow. I would not recommend and will not return. This is the 3rd location and it wasn't any better. I should have gone to The Lazy Dog down the way.

Stopped here for lunch it was pretty good! We both got the BBQ lunch special, everything tasted great but the portions were very small. Our server was amazing! Definitely going to come back!

I've heard nothing but great things about Lucille's leading up to dinner for me and 3 of my friends Saturday night, it was busy that night and getting a table was no problem since we made reservations earlier in the week.

To start we were only given 2 sets of utensils I didn't realize it till we got the appetizers which were ok, So I asked the server and like 10 min later someone else gave it to me.
We shared onion fries, loaded fried green tomatoes and biscuits ,honestly the biscuits were the best thing I ate that night.
We ordered our drinks I got which I had no problem with but one of my friends got a Mexican Coke which took him almost a half hour to get and his girlfriend got the wrong cocktail (was supposed to be watermelon but got lemonade) she had to wait about 20 min for the new one and it wasn't even good it had no flavor just alcohol.
So for me I got a brisket sandwich with Cole slaw , the slaw had an overpowereing vinegar taste to it and than the sandwich was really small only 4 small pieces of brisket the first bite tasted like a spoonful of salt so I just ate a few bites with some BBQ sauce.
The baby back ribs weren't bad my girlfriend gave me one to try that was nice of her.
I thought for the amount of instances we had we just wanted to get out and finish celebrating birthdays.
The bar was set high with the amount of compliments Your restaurant got but instead I have a complaint which is not what I wanted to do.
I don't think I can recommend your restaurant and I speak for the rest of my party.
Maybe just the biscuits..Thank You

My experience at your restaurant was very disappointing. I have heard good reviews . The food was very salty and the proportions very small and microwave food grade. The service was also disappointing. Got the wrong beverages and had to wait long for food and utensils. The only positive thing was the bsby back ribs.

Went for lunch. Something wrong with their $6 peach lemonade (tasted like it was old and fermented). Baby back ribs were so dry. Pulled pork was cold. This was the second location that we visited. The first one has since shut down. We got sick after that one. It might just be that they're not ready in the kitchen to serve a fresh lunch.

I'm using talk to text so the punctuation might not be that great. But let me tell you this Lucille's the ribs I had today will be the first time and the last time I eat at your restaurant. I don't mind spending money for food but don't chickenshit me the ribs you gave me were an embarrassment and if I ever sent anybody to this establishment I would be embarrassed and so should you!

Great, easy place to sit and enjoy some BBQ. The sweet biscuits are delish, and the southeren fried chicken and gravy, so yummy.

I recently dined at Lucille's BBQ and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon entering, I waited unattended for five minutes before anyone acknowledged me and offered seating. The initial biscuits served were clearly stale and hard, having been under a heat lamp for too long. While fresh biscuits were eventually provided, this was a poor start.

I ordered the 3-meat lunch, and the BBQ ribs were significantly overcooked. Although our server offered a substitution, the process was quite slow. Despite being told the ribs would be removed from the bill, I was still charged for a 3-meat plate instead of a 2-meat plate. Throughout the meal, I was never offered a drink refill. Even the process of paying the bill was excessively slow. Overall, the service was inattentive, and the quality of the food did not meet the standards I expect from Lucille's.

Place an order for the 12/24/24 over 300 worth mac and check and there biscuits along with meats. Mac and cheese different noodles and no apple butter sauce. Disappointed.

My first time experience here was awful.
We had 4 different servers throughout our dining. We never got biscuits even after asking specifically for them. My father's coffee tasted burnt and came cold. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad and it was awful. The lettuce was soggy and the dressing was basically just mushed parmesan. The only good thing was the fried chicken. No one came to check on us and ask how our meal was. Literally the worst service I've ever experienced. Not to mention there were only maybe 5 other seated tables. It's not like they were busy, they are just lazy!
