First time trying out this place. Daughter's birthday lunch. Our server was Colton who had a great personality and great customer service. We all had the lunch combo. Ribs fell off the bone and flavorful. Rib tips also were delicious. Tri tip was tender and well smoked. Also had the Crispy Hot Honey chicken sandwich, nice and crunchy with a touch of spicy. Also had the deviled eggs which had a nice twist to it. The garlic mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese were ok but the creamy coleslaw was bland and dry, nothing creamy but that's ok.

Depends on the type of meat that you get the chicken is fairly good the other cuts it depends on who's cooking on the types of cuts that you want can be hit or miss on how they're cooked and how much meat you actually get.

If I could rate Lucille's higher, I would. The manager JOEY is the epitome of what top rated amazing service should be. We made a large order to pick up but put the wrong date. So they prepared it the day before and we never picked it up. Not only did he remake the order in a very short amount of time, he didn't charge us again, apologized to us although it was clearly our mistake, and even offered us a drink while we waited for our inconvenience. That treatment is above and beyond in a time when customer service is lacking at many places. We will definitely be spending our hard earned money here and recommend it to all our friends and family. And, the food is fantastic. Thank you Lucille's!!

Great service, but our food was lukewarm/cold. I like my food very hot. I am disappointed my fiancé paid over 100 for the two of us. I was very hungry, & I did not speak up. So that part was my fault. But as a cook & server, you should ensure the food you're serving is fresh, & correct.

Visited this past weekend, food was cold, we didn’t get the usual bread and butter, no plates were given to us to put our food on, no napkins, no towels, and wasn’t bothered to be checked on at anytime during our meal. And when it was time to pay, they kept walking back and fourth and did not even bother to grab our tab. Horrible service.
