Our first time here. There were some reviews that were mixed about service but pretty consistent in praising the food. The food was very good, portions were generous, didn't take too long but the place wasn't full. Waitress was delightful. Great smile, pleasant, helpful and thoughtful - sadly a rarity these days. Will definitely come back!!!

Very bad customer service. They double charged me for and order. Hung up yelling at me not their problem??

Been searching for good hot and sour soup for the longest ever since I've moved to California. Surprisingly SoCal has so many Chinese restaurants around the SGV area, but I haven't found a place that serves what I'm used to. My daughter had a school event in the area so we stopped by before heading home. Wow best Chinese food by far. Loved their hot and sour soup and the beef snowpeas with brown sauce! Might have to make the drive back up to try out their other dishes when we have time.

This place is by far the best fo the best triple s tier chinese food I’ve ever had in California. A huge portion for $20 dinner special and perfect flavors of the food. Didn’t expect this but left a huge impression. I would say tho, they should let the server know that she shouldn’t be on phone even though she’s not serving at the moment. Everything else was beyond my expectation and it was great. No complains.

So, I went in with my family to have an evening dinner. I've been here before, and the food is always great. My experience this time was less than welcoming. One server, and she was the just all over the place. Taking our orders took a while. We had our 11 month old with us and as HOT plates came in she thought it be great to set them now near or around the baby I had to personally grab some from her and place them more to the center of our table. Trying to even get her attention was a chore, and I even got up myself to grab some napkins and utensils. The food was great, but I can't lie there, but service needs help. Almost felt I should've stepped in and started serving other patrons that started coming in. Other than that, next time, we will order Togo. FYI order a head of time they do take a min.

Today, Sunday August 11th we decided to try this restaurant out (it has been a couple years since we came) And seriously the service is a joke! But let's start off with the food, the food was decent. Can't complain, but the waitress there was horrible. I don't know if she was new or what but in our party of four we had a baby (10 months old), she spilled water and we did not get extra napkins and the waitress did not offer assistance, (mind you the restaurant was not busy) , secondly, she would stand there with the plates and either hand them to my partner or place them (HOT) right in front of the baby, we had to constantly try many times to get her attention and she would walk off , do something else, and finally come to us. We had to get up and find napkins because this female was of no assistance, definitley needs better service but other than that the food is good. I would leave it to your discretion to eat here.

I've always wondered why the SCV doesn't rave more about Chinese cuisine, I feel like Chinese cuisine should be celebrated more instead of all the generic chains all over the place.

I ordered the orange chicken, beef and broccoli and I enjoyed it. Service was good, although I came at an early time. I'm sure the staff would be able to accommodate in there case of a rush.

Food was good, surely. Better than Panda Express, or other chain foods.

Give this place a shot, it's worth it.

Yuuuup, this is the closest ill get to my dad's cooking for americanized chinese food. The lunch price has to be one of the craziest (compliment) prices I have ever seen. My god, it's a decent amount of food for like 10-13 bucks. I tried like half of the lunch specials and they're all good in their own ways.I love the kung pao chicken and tofu dishes. Tofu dishes tend to be hard to get the flavor profile right so this reaaaaally passes. The only con here would be somewhat slow services which makes sense when it's somewhat packed (as I used to work in a chinese restaurant too). Honestly, for the price, I would give this place a chance.

It was disgusting. The chicken was tasteless and crazy chewy. When I called to tell them, they actually had the nerve to tell me to never come back!!
