Just found out this OG ? joint moved somewhere off new hall ranch road in Santa Clarita used go there then dmv walk away please make one in west Lancaster we need a Maria's ! But glad you're still near my route see soon 2023

This place used to be great. Really gone downhill. Ordered sandwiches and they literally put one slice of deli meat l, felt like I was eating a bread and lettuce sandwich. Pizza tasted like reheated frozen pizza.

Loved the old Maria's, they were the only authentic Italian in scv, this is not the same. The spaghetti was not good, had a half inch of water on the bottom. Pictures of the lasagna looked watery also. Pasta options are much less… prob will try once more.

After finally finding Maria’s Deli inside “The Cube!” Being a first timer! I heard how great the traditional Maria’s deli was back in the day. They definitely carried on the tradition!

Not the Maria's Deli you remember from downtown Newhall. Located at skating rink upstairs... Good food for a sanding rink.
I went to get a sandwich today, They place is boarded up with for lease banner over the door. I had no clue.

So sad to hear that Maria's closed permanently as of Sunday, March 27, 2022. Things were shaky when Maria and Bruno initially sold.. but then hands changed again and one of the new co-owners said they were operating under the guidance of Maria herself using the old recipes. It was phenomenal! Big loss for the area.. so many delicious memories from this place.

Hidden gem in Newhall. We were in search of a real deli and found Maria's. The decor is nothing to write home about, but the sandwiches are dynamite. We had the prosciutto sandwich with mozzarella and could not have been happier. Warm crusty ciabatta made it even better. We will be going back to try more items on their menu. Prices are fair and the large hero is definitely large enough to share. The service was a little slow, but considering they are making your sandwich fresh it's worth it.

First time visit with New owner - same delicious marinara sauce !!Eggplant Parm was terrific ?A way lot of Pasta and a good salad too !! $14 for dinner portion.I'll be back ?

I ordered 3 pizza's & and some wings today for delivery via door dash. Total cost $90. Got a call from door dash to confirm delivery saying they only have two pizzas and receipt says 3. I confirmed with driver that in fact there were 3 pizzas ordered and paid for along with wings. They then proceeded to tell the driver it was a typo and only two pizzas. The two other pizza's were wrong. I called Maria's Italian Deli to correct the situation and their response was "SORRY BOSS, Can't Help Ya". I WISH THERE WAS MORE THAN ONE PLACE TO ORDER A PIZZA IN THIS TOWN. Oh look there's an AMECI's!
