It's fast food so I can't give it a 5 Star. I don't like the fact that you have to order from a kiosk instead of speak to a live person that's behind the counter. It's even blocked off now. The staff, when they see you they seem to ignore you and are upset that you're asking a question. I miss the good old days when they greeted you with a smile and asked if they could take your order.

Workers never say thank you for the most part. I feel as though they hand me the food and run away. And no it was July 4th and the drive thru as well as the store was empty. Workers in general need to be better trained or fired.

Stopped for a couple ice coffees there was no one in the cash register waited for a couple minutes until a lady came out to tell us that we have to put our order in at the kiosk it was very inconvenient most McDonald's still have people taking orders definitely not a good experience
