The inside was decorated with the Grinch which matched the limited service and high prices. The manager never makes eye contact with customers, never said welcome in, no smile. What has McDonald's become? Very sad indeed.

I'm on a motorcycle and can barley hear what the cashier is say. I clearly say what I want to order with ketchup and they clearly know what I want to order yet they forget the ketchup that I asking for. I'm on a motorcycle and don't have the time to triple check my order is correct and come to find out yall forgot my ketchup. Very disrespectful and disappointed because they cleared heared what I wanted yet they intentionally forgot the ketchup. What a coincidence.

really yummy and has good cheese. the one worker LĂĄrice is real nice and is a furry. I met the love of my life there and the cheese is really expired and yummy. Really recommend the cheese. Great job!
Waited for a long time to pay at drive thru and continued to wait for my food. Asked cashier what was going on, she said I think they are short staff got to the window Manager didnt even say hi or apologies for the delay!! Simple apologies for the wait goes a long way in customer service.

I come here almost daily for my coffee, tried to do a mobile order and got this error and Yannett would not honor my order. It's happened a few times before and other managers (not just this location) have honored it. She blamed the app and said she could not do anything about it. The message specifically says to see a crew member to conplete the order and she wouldn't. That's unacceptable, take care of your customers.
This McDonald has the best breakfast sandwichâs. The food is always nicely cooked.

I'm a regular here and I can never get my food how I order it via kiosk or employee really, how smart do you have to be to work in fast food damn this doesn't make sense at all, I guess I just need to continue cooking at home this is some B'S I should come back to get my damn food how I ordered it but it's not worth it.

The kids enjoy playing but the fries were so terribly salty! We couldnât even eat them (and I like salt)! It took 15 minutes to get our food but they werenât busy - it seems they prioritize the drive-thru at the expense of dine-in patrons ?

Wow! $20 an hour employees and canât even remember to put in a hamburger patty in my cheeseburger! Really?!So after double checking you received everything you ordered.. start opening the wrappers of your burger, chicken sandwich, and fish sandwich to make sure your protein is in it! Unbelievable!
