Today I went to buy at store # 1533 where I placed an order I paid 6 when they gave me m8 food a menu that I had ordered for one of my daughters was missing. They told me that they had not charged me for it so I gave them my credit card... all this happened in the drive thru area... to which they told me that they could not do anything about it... so I asked to speak to the manager named Norma to which her indifference... inability to resolve and above all the minimizing of the virtue of service gave me the option of going back to the line in the drive thru distorting the fast service... enter the restaurant walking and order or go somewhere else... I work in the food industry and I have empathy for the system but the frustrating thing was the inability and indifference on the part of the manager... managed... I was left talking to myself so at that moment I had decided to return the ordered food... I hope they improve customer service since for now they leave a lot to be desired

This McDonald’s has fast service and great food quality, but I hate the new interior. I loved the old colorful kid friendly one. But now it’s kinda plain, and the kids playground isn’t even open half of the time.

Hoy por la mañana compre un Cafe Caliente , al darle el primer Trago, la tapa no estaba bien cerrada y el Cafe se me Cayo en el cuerpo , eso iso que sufriera quemadura leves y mi Ropa termino toda manchada , le hise saber a la cajera, su unica respuesta Fue , que las tapas estaban saliendo defectuosas, pero no me lo hisieron saber con antisipacion .

Probably the worst McDonald’s out of the ones in Santa Clarita, never once got my order right first time even if it’s just A PLAIN burger no nothing on it. How do you mess up two slices of bread on a bun every time? This time they graciously decided to keep us waiting a 10 minutes. The only reason we even came to this location again was because the app screwed up and took us to the wrong ones. This was a great McDonald’s when I was growing up but now it seems like the whole team cannot get an order right. Especially if you’ve messed it up every time and different times of the day. There is no way the same person is making that burger. Does this McDonald’s teach its whole team to just ignore everything? This is making me question if you guys really do deserve that 20 an hour. Genuinely. One time we ordered a hot chocolate online and dude working the front just went “we dont sell that here” and was just gonna keep the money if we didn’t say anything about how we paid online. Seriously this McDonald’s has everyone with its head up its ass. Just go out the extra 5 minutes to literally any other McDonald’s

The whole experience typically takes roughly 15 minutes for the drive thru. There are two drive thru lanes but they cone it off before 8:30. I ordered a smoothie and they parked me for 5 minutes.

I was there last Thursday 10/23/24
I used the Drive thru ordered a quarter pounder combo
When I got to second window was told to move up a bit.
Since my order was ready I was expecting to get a hot meal 15 minutes later they brought me my meal drove a half a block to my home to eat meal it was stone cold fries tastes old and cold
The quarter pounder had ticket number on top that did not match my receipt it wasn't even close. And again the sandwich was cold after making wait for so long I couldn't believe.
I called the number on the back of the receipt to complain still haven't heard from them.
I can't believe the service or the food was this bad. I had a choice of four different fast food places with 1000 feet of this place it looks like I chose the wrong one. It's a mistake I will not make again.
I would urge any one who wants to got McDonald's choose a different location there are two other locations with 1 to 3 mile radius
That have to be better than this place

cleaner, friendlier and better staffed. When asked the staff and they mentioned the franchise owners that the Marro family owns this restaurant, they are to be commended for setting such a high standard
