Fist time eating in at this location and my first impression is no one said hi and was greeted by a kios. When the food arrived the fries tasted nasty they were stail and has no salt on them. The eating area was very dirty no one had swept and there were two homeless men digging through the trash.

The food was terrific, but the atmosphere and service were horrible.

I ordered my food along with 2 Mocha Frappes and 4 McCrispy Strips, but they didn't give the Mocha Frappes to me.

The McCrispy Strips were small and overcooked, but they tasted good.

When I asked for the mocha frappes, let me tell you, it was not good.

Behind the counter where you get your food was absolutely disgusting.

There where greasy footprints that were about a quarter of an inch thick all over the area.

One employee had to stop what he or she was doing, so because of that, he or she got mad.

After I got my mocha frappes, my hands were all sticky from the chocolate syrup, because of that, I got my steering wheel in my car all sticky, and now I have to clean it.

Horrible and very slow with so much staff, the orders came out in 30 minutes, only for two drinks and two cheeseburgers, and customers arrived with larger orders and they were given their orders before. This is so frustrating because there are staff and the managers focused on drive-thru.

When you come in and buy a ice coffee and they put so much ice in the dispenser to cool the coffee it's so watered down when it is made. They will serve to the bottom just cream water. Ask the manager Jasmin to add coffee to the cream water she said there's no refills really not asking for something I didn't pay for just the same quality at the other McDonald's. I've been coming to this location over 35 years this is one of the worst managers ever.She never acknowledging people at the counter just leaves you standing there like you don't exsist. Such a bad attitude all the time. They have had great management and customer service over the years. What happened

I went tonight to get my food and my burger was made wrong. Not only that but it is ice cold and has things I am allergic to on it. I repeated my self more than once and they still got it wrong. When I found out at home, I tried calling several times and no one answered. Unfortunately, I cannot go back out and confront them so now I am stuck eating only fries. I don’t know what has happened with this McDonald’s but it has gone down hill

Today I went to buy at store # 1533 where I placed an order I paid 6 when they gave me m8 food a menu that I had ordered for one of my daughters was missing. They told me that they had not charged me for it so I gave them my credit card... all this happened in the drive thru area... to which they told me that they could not do anything about it... so I asked to speak to the manager named Norma to which her indifference... inability to resolve and above all the minimizing of the virtue of service gave me the option of going back to the line in the drive thru distorting the fast service... enter the restaurant walking and order or go somewhere else... I work in the food industry and I have empathy for the system but the frustrating thing was the inability and indifference on the part of the manager... managed... I was left talking to myself so at that moment I had decided to return the ordered food... I hope they improve customer service since for now they leave a lot to be desired
