WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO A EASY JOB!! My family and i just got their coke slushies.. they were like all water down. So we tried to be nice about it but we didn’t want a drink that tasted like medicine. So we told them that we would like a different one. and one of the workers was trying to prove to us that it was a correct slushie and flipped it up side down and was mean. So like if a costumer ask for a different drink. please do not fight with them. Just do your job. not that hard!!

We came around Thanksgiving to get an ice cream. Their machine was “not working at the moment”. We stopped three more times including today and the machine is still not working. This is ridiculous Tables are always dirty inside

This McDonald’s straight up sucks. The workers are consistently rude and regularly mess up the simplest orders.
I ordered a Quarter Pounder with a 4-piece, got home, and realized the 4-piece was missing. Instead of driving all the way back, I figured it would be reasonable to ask for it the next time I came in—it’s literally just a 4-piece.
When I returned and ordered another Quarter Pounder, I politely asked the manager if she could replace the missing 4-piece from my previous order. She was hesitant, which immediately rubbed me the wrong way. As a manager, making things right for a customer—especially over something so small—should be a no-brainer. I don’t see why anyone would lie about a 4-piece.
I don’t keep physical receipts, but I eventually found the receipt in my Apple Wallet and showed it to her. Only then was she willing to give me the replacement. That entire interaction was unnecessary and frustrating.
This review isn’t really about the 4-piece—it was just the final straw. I’ve never written a review about a McDonald’s before and usually expect average or subpar service, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
I did briefly question whether race played a role—Santa Clarita is predominantly white, and I am a Black woman—but after seeing other reviews, it’s clear this location has widespread service issues.
There are plenty of other McDonald’s in Santa Clarita. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one. This location clearly does not care about its customers.

Why oh why is it so hard to serve HOT food? Everytime I go to this particular location the food is COLD!! I specifically asked this time, are you positive the fries are fresh and hot? Well as usual they were cold and limp. Seems to be a problem at this location. It’s within walking distance of my home is why I go there. What is so difficult to serve hot food? All the other ones do.!! You need to do better

I've came here three times, I asked for everything fresh, and each time none of it is fresh. Why are the fries so hard and cold each and every single time. Tonight I told them no salt and well done to hopefully guarantee I got fresh fries. Guess what they're covered in salt and not fresh. Ridiculous.

Horrible through and through. I never expect much from McDonald's but this level of service and cleanliness is far below any other McDonald's I have ever been too. And that should say a lot. Given the area, I had some good expectations. We placed our order on the self pay registers, when we recieved our orders, we barely got any fries, secondly, they forgot our drinks and our sauces. I went up to the register and I had to say Excuse Me several times before someone came and they couldn't speak apparently or apologize. They're too busy chit chatting with each other to do their job properly. And lastly, both stalls in the women's restrooms didn't have toilet paper and had yellow pee stains everywhere, looks like they haven't been cleaned in several hours! Disgusting and poor customer service.
