Came to McDonald's for breakfast for the family at 6:16 and they don't open till 630 on Christmas even though it says 530 on the website I think all places need to add on Christmas not open till or on Christmas not open at all so you're not wasting your time or leave your house early to just sit in the freezing cold

Have english speakers on drive through. Omg this is like the 8th time you vant understand english and wasting my money when i drive off to work.
Disappointed in McDonald's.. especially this location. The hours for in door dining were until 9pm. It clearly stated on the door I checked 2x. There were people in side including I believe the manager it was a young lady who deliberately refused to make eye contact with me as I knocked to get her attention! I let knocking and nothing! If there was another entrance besides the one that I was trying to get in she could of pointed to it and I would of gone. How rude because my son had to use the restroom so bad and I was willing to buy food because we were also hungry! Santa clarita you disappointed me today! I prefer McDonald's from the valley because they are open before 9pm or 10pm. Below are the hours! Service 0 Food 0 the valleys McDonald's are better ambiance 0 ------- stars

If you close at 11pm i would expect at 945pm you still have hot fries. Not cold ones. Quite sad! I know you want to get home but I also want what I paid for to be edible.

There is an employee by the name of Jaime that works here and she is the rudest employee by far. I asked her if I could have some sauce and she gave me attitude. She is rude and not helpful when I ask her about promotions or deals when I asked. It is appalling to me that someone would even be allowed to work like that in a fast food restaurant. I have never had a ruder experience at this location besides this rude employee. I can't believe they allow childish employees to work there.

Even though every dine in table was empty, it was disgustingly filthy and dirty in there. All the tables were covered in crumbs, grease and most had nasty dried on ketchup on them. And the seats weren't any better. The self kiosk did not give a receipt so I had no idea what number my order was, but thought hey, I had to enter a number marker for table service so they should bring the food to your table right. NOPE!!! They didn't even bother to bring our food out or call our table number. The staff was rude and looked annoyed when I asked if they could clean one of the tables for my kids and I to sit and eat.To think these employees want $20 dollars an hour and they can't even provide basic hospitality or keep their restaurant somewhat clean... I can't wait till they replace all the workers with robots that will actually do their jobs!

Your person was very slow as there was 3 of us and only 2 of ordered food because he just left people standing there??? WHY WOULD HE DO THAT!! WE LEFT & OUR friend never ordered, and this is the McDonald's by her house!! BAD SERVICE!!!
