Apparently they ran out of gift cards and I couldn’t buy any. Never heard of this happening in any other kind of business

Good customer service and yogurt

I visited on 9/13/24. They were out of several flavors but the signs were still on the machines so we were trying to get some. It’s barely coming out and some are not coming out at all. I only like Oreo and tart both were out. Oreo had a tiny bit and after asking the girl she went to go check. She didn’t seem to know how to fix it. Meanwhile it got busy. Several minutes lapsed and then she said it would be 30 minutes for more. They should have have at least given a discount for the inconvenience of only getting a tiny bit since they were out and my sons melted from waiting on me, They removed the signs after I said they were not working. Very disappointing!!

Loved the experience! It is a make-your-own cup of yogurt place. There is a variety of yogurt flavors and toppings, including fresh fruit. Yogurt tasted great, and the service was outstanding! It is a plus that it employs young people who are looking for a temporary summer gig.

Very good place

My family and I like to come here whenever we are shopping at the mall. Their patio dining area is a nice spot to relax and people watch. The inside restaurant is usually pretty clean, even during peak busy hours. When I went here last time, they were out of a lot of flavors. We still enjoyed ourselves, but wish they had more variety available.

I recently purchased a birthday cake from this location. Jenny was very helpful in choosing the flavors and toppings, featuring peanut butter cups.Everyone in my family agreed that it was the best ice cream cake they had ever had! Next time we are in the area we will definitely return to Menchies.

The yogurt was pretty good. The staff is excellent, Sam was very helpful with our order!

We love to come here and eat the frozen yogurt outside. Always clean and friendly staff. However, there are often empty flavors and doubles of other flavors, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to supply issues

Meh, every ice cream shop should have the 3 staples, basic Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry. No Strawberry. Vanilla was called Frosted Vanilla- Meh. For a squirt of yogurt and a dab of marshmallow topping almost $5.00. I give almost everyone a 5 ★ not today
