Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This has to be the worst and I mean the worst Menchies ever!! Nothing was working, and the young lady that was in the counter was just on her phone didn’t even care who came and went!! My six-year-old son Even mention like what is going on here lol

I’ve never had a bad experience with this menchie’s location. The staff is always nice and its really clean in the front. I love the flavors and toppings they have to offer. They have a good amount of seats. They are pretty good with messes like spills. But why did I rate the atmosphere 4? The bathroom is always disgusting. There is grime everywhere, the toilet is old, I’m pretty sure there’s mold hiding somewhere in there. Floor in the is always sticky and stains are all over the walls. Mirror is gunky. It just smells bad in there. Other than that it is an amazing place.

The manager John was a pleasure. The employees here are extremely nice and the yogurt is top notch. I recommend this location if your looking for a healthy treat.

Best froyo :)But for the profit of the owner, the tart flavor (main) is mostly ran out in the evening and no one bother refilling/ making it.Manager of each location can try checking the operating system if you can make it better and you can make more money:)More flavors : more fun !Employees are nice but help them run the better system:)

Tried this place with my kids couple of times. Every time the place was dirty.

I had bad stomach ache eating yogurt here. Yogurt toppings are not fresh and yogurt itself are not taste good neither. Do not recommend this place.

The entire candy / toppings area was a mess with so much spilled candy that clearly has not been cleaned in months. This location is disgusting. The cashier looked so mentally unwell that I don’t understand how she was standing there making waffle cones and texting on her phone since she was unable to clean up and switch out the old food and dirty spoons to scoop the toppings.

Inside seating to escape the heat. I do wish they had reeses bits as toppings though...

This menchies is terrible! For the previous 2 years the flavors are ridiculously limited. Always chocolate, vanilla, cake batter and dole whip plus 2 seasonal. Half of the machines are always empty. Tonight we went ONLY because someone gave gift cards and all the ice creams were soupy straight from the machine. So DISSAPOINTED and won't be returning. Menchies used to be my favorite, but now you can get your monies worth at a supermarket in a tub ratherthan waste your money here

This location is usually very awesome and nice, today unfortunately the two ladies behind the counter were not nice. They just stared and were very rude didn't respond when we said hello, and seemed to be bothered that we walked in. Not the usual happy interaction we're used to.
