The manager John was a pleasure. The employees here are extremely nice and the yogurt is top notch. I recommend this location if your looking for a healthy treat.

Best froyo :)But for the profit of the owner, the tart flavor (main) is mostly ran out in the evening and no one bother refilling/ making it.Manager of each location can try checking the operating system if you can make it better and you can make more money:)More flavors : more fun !Employees are nice but help them run the better system:)

I hope the manager reads this. You can check the cameras. I just left the store. Horrible customer service. I had to ask for a lid and for a bag all while the chick was just staring at me waiting for me to leave. And I had to pay for my waffle cone that was advertised as free. Wow. Just wow. Hire better employees.

Public park bathrooms are cleaner than the bathroom at this place. My shoes were literally sticking to the ground. Pee all over the toilet seat. Dried pee all over YUXKKK DISGUSTING!!! Sink looks like it hasn't been wiped down in years. How the heck did this place pass with the county. The floors all over had stuck on gunk. EW. Never coming back.

How can you give a place zero stars? Because that's what this place needs. Gross, rude staff, this one Kayley chick kept glancing at my family and making faces and saying things under her breath. Felt very uncomfortable there. Would not recommend.

The store is extremely unsanitary. There is dirt and grime everywhere. The employees are lazy, they do not greet you and wander off to the back of the store. I think the employee who checked me out was named Kayley, but she was extremely rude. I think this store is the reason I got food poisoning, I've reported it to local health officials.

This place is dirty. The machines look dirty, you can tell they haven't been cleaned in a while. It also smells like sewage outside, not a place I'd recommend.

I had bad stomach ache eating yogurt here. Yogurt toppings are not fresh and yogurt itself are not taste good neither. Do not recommend this place.

Menchies isn't bad. The yogurt is decent. The biggest issue is the place is a mess. It's gross inside. There's crumbs everywhere on the floor, the floors look like they haven't been mopped in a while. The tables are covered is spilled yogurts and toppings, it's just gross. Sometimes I wonder when the last time they changed the toppings was. The chocolate chips are looking no good. I think it's been awhile for some of them. If they just put some better cleaning practices into place it would be really good again. And throw away all the dry toppings and replace them. Please.
Website says open till 11 but here we are at 10:16 and it's closed. Today is 8/25/23. It's Friday...chairs up, signs off and workers just drive off. Way to waste customers time. Your teenage workers must have had to get to that party tonight. Correct your website or correct your workers. Either way it looks bad for you. Emailed corporate too. This is bad business practice.

The entire candy / toppings area was a mess with so much spilled candy that clearly has not been cleaned in months. This location is disgusting. The cashier looked so mentally unwell that I don’t understand how she was standing there making waffle cones and texting on her phone since she was unable to clean up and switch out the old food and dirty spoons to scoop the toppings.

Love Menchies but not this location. No tasting cups. Yogurt and topping areas look like they haven't been wiped down in hours. Vanilla didn't taste right. Yuck!

This place was so dirty I do not understand how the health department hasn't shut them down obviously they are not cleaning anything the floors were dirty the counters the fruit looked old I purchased a small vanilla and went to pump the caramel which was empty she refilled it and all I could do was notice how all the dispensers were dripping with syrup outside the containers I paid got into my car and then threw it away I just was afraid of eating it and getting food poisoning. Note to owner clean up your act or hire employees to clean.
