Went in and there was only a few people inside. Ordered and sat down, I was hoping it will only take a couple of minutes since I had order 3 meals and fried zucchini. About 10 minutes later I got 2 out of my 3 meals and about 5 min later I get my fried zucchini. I eat my fried zucchini and one of the meals. I wait for a while, it’s been about 20 minutes now. 2 people walk in and are waiting to order, one needs to go to the restroom. He had to ask several times before final being able to go because the employees have to unlock it. The cashier goes in the back and doesn’t come until 10 minutes later. I’m still waiting for my food and the others are waiting to order. I go on my phone to pass time and by the time my last meal is done it’s been about 30 minutes. I ask for some yellow peppers and the cashier ignores me. I ask several times and she still ignores me. I finally get them and walk out. There was only 2 employees there the Cashier and cook. Need more cooks, it takes forever to get food. Rude service! Never going back there!

Terrible place. My family and I have had the Mighty Mouth in the SFV and we loved it so we decided to get it today here and it's nowhere near as good. On top of that, it took half an hour to get these simple fries done and it ended up being extremely salty. When the food was ready, I thought it was going to be super hot and fresh but it was warm...like was this ready a while ago and you just left it there to take more orders or something? Chili cheese fries doesn't take long to make and it's not hard so I have no idea why it took so long especially when it wasn't even hot...literally ruined my whole mood and my kids barely ate because their hunger went away after waiting for so long. And the amount of salt in this seasoning is all you taste. I would've been much happier with Tommy's chili cheese fries instead. Never going back. Take this as a warning!

Burger hit the spot! Great burgers and fries! I'm from Los Angeles and I'm always looking for a burger spot that has that it factor! They have it. It makes you keep coming back. Delicious and well cooked. The guys behind the grill is working hard place is usually packed. I think It might be the best burger stand in SCV! Get the Chili Cheese fries as well! I leave satisfied and full. Chili burger is better then Tommy's. Saves me the drive!

My kids were craving mighty mouth we live in sylmar so it's about a 20 min drive.. I called ahead to try and order no answer but everywhere online says they close at 8.. I got there at 7:30 open sign is on and the restaurant looks full l so I get out of my car to go order the doors are locked apparently it was the employee and what I'm assuming to be their children all sitting around eating signing to me they are closed.. so I get I'm my car and call them watch the girl go get the phone from behind the counter and not answer.. Had she had answer the phone the first time I called I wouldn't have waisted my time gas or money.. apparently the workers close whenever their families get there to eat.. Do better safe to say I'll be spreading the word about my horrible experience and obviously never going back!!

Went in to see how it was. Had to use the restroom. Omg! I don't think they have ever cleaned it! Like ever! If they don't clean restroom they don't clean their kitchen! Ran out as fast as I can!

How do you mess up an order when they wright down what you say ? Food was blah despite being wrong. Won't be back. McDonald's at least has people that listen to what you order and have quality standards.

We used to come here years ago and decided we wanted the same breakfast burrito that was so yummy. We did not realize they are under new management. The place is run down, it took over 1 hour for our order and the burrito looked like it was made by someone that had no idea how to assemble one. The ingredients were thrown into the tortilla and sloppy! The eggs were not scrambled, there were shells left in the eggs and no meat appeared to be included in any of the burritos that were ordered. We wasted our money and should have went to Telly's, Ihop or Everest! Also, how can any place mess up a grilled cheese? This place is way overpriced for the poor quality of food. I also agree with one of the yelpers, it seemed the workers had poor communication with each other. We were so disappointed and will not return. I should have read the reviews before driving there.

I can't say the service was good before new management but the one now is ehhhhh... we had one location in the valley and unfortunately it closed down so one day we decided to drive all the way to this location for them to tell us at 7 that they were closing soon when on Yelp their hour of close was at 8:30. So they didn't allow us to dine in. Won't like I think it's a little over priced as well . I know the cost of living has gone up but all we ordered that day was fries and two drinks and paid almost 40 bucks

Over the years I've been returning from time to time, each time watching the price creep up and the quality creep down. We stopped by recently to give it another go. The price is now $8.97 and from what I've read, the size and quality is now way down. I say "from what I've read", because we never even got to order one. We stood at the counter for almost 15 min before we decided to walk out. There was only one guy in the place doing the cooking, no other employees were seen, and the phone rang, unanswered, the entire time. We understand being busy and/or short-handed, but he never once even acknowledged us in any way. Too many other good places to grab a bite in this valley. We'll never be back.

Service used to be extremely consistent and friendly. The past three times now the open sign has been on, it's been during posted schedule business hours, and the doors are locked.Management has also changed over the past couple years... it's clear there is some sort of nepotism going on behind the scenes because the self-proclaimed manager on duty in previous visits has been extremely rude and arrogant to his staff.How can you expect a business to be successful when you're still pulling stuff like this?Edit: BRING BACK THE STEAK FRIES

I have been coming here for a few years now. I have enjoyed their burgers and love the fries. But the last 4 times I have ordered food here, the experience was awful. Today was the last straw. I ordered over the phone and it still took 40 minutes to get my food. The communication between the 3 workers were awful. They were so unorganized and were arguing with each other. After the 40 minutes, I finally got my food. I received the wrong burger and they were not hot and the bun seemed to be stale. I will not be going back. They need new management and new workers. They lost this customer!
