Waited for my pickup order for well over 45 minutes passed the requested pick up time. I ended up leaving before the bowls were completed because I couldn't be any later to my scheduled meeting. Employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, unwilling to take any blame for the delay. I ordered 12 bowls the day before I needed them.... I would suggest that Motiva set limitations on their online order capabilities if they cannot support them. I was not processed a refund (or even offered one) and I did not get the ordered food. Extremely disappointed with my interaction here and will not be going again.

Again I seen my last comment was a year ago (A) . Still have the same problem. Pay extra 75cents just to get the regular amount of Nutella that comes with the bowl , its where it's expected now so on top of that I ask and I'm still told there's extra just to leave and see there's not , this NEVER FAILS . ??♀️ Like maybe there's a misunderstanding of what extra means on both party's how can we clarify that. I don't want to be petty because I love this place so "people know this place is great, it's clean fresh fruits and veggys always have great music playing " But when your asking for something extra make sure before you leave you get it . Change the Nutella concoction if it's complicated or something, I couldn't even complain if I didn't have to pay more but since I do I think it's valid .

Just get the peanut butter banana smoothie!!! It is the best smoothie ever. Super cold with no watery ice flavor! Has the banana and peanut butter texture oh so good. I’m addicted to it.

The BEST Juice bar I've ever been to!!!!! Welcoming vibes as soon as you enter! I love the acai bowls here, they are packed with different fresh fruits. My favorite is the very berry bowl. I love to add the peanut butter drizzle on top... Yummmmmy!!!! Staff is very very friendly! And today when I switched it up to their M.R. strawberry shake, Jenn remembered my name!! That is awesome!!! Thanks Jenn and the rest of the staff for always making my lunch break visits Great ones!!! You guys ROCK!!!
