Food was okay, missing toppings on the last couple bowls I got. The strawberries were practically frozen, and banana was mushy. They were super nice though and always welcomed me with a smile when walking in.

Waited for my pickup order for well over 45 minutes passed the requested pick up time. I ended up leaving before the bowls were completed because I couldn't be any later to my scheduled meeting. Employee was extremely rude and unprofessional, unwilling to take any blame for the delay. I ordered 12 bowls the day before I needed them.... I would suggest that Motiva set limitations on their online order capabilities if they cannot support them. I was not processed a refund (or even offered one) and I did not get the ordered food. Extremely disappointed with my interaction here and will not be going again.

Always fresh, conscious ingredients, fast and efficient service, pleasant environment. If you don't like your smoothie, it's trash and they reemake it no questions asked. But 99.9% of the time I love it!

Just decided to try this place after eating just a few doors down. I was actually excited to try it and was thinking maybe this will become a regular healthy thing on Sundays for me after hiking. I walked in and there was only one man ahead of me and the one girl working was finishing his order. She looked angry and was very unfriendly. Never once acknowledged me, but that's fine, at least ask me what I'd like after you finished with the person ahead of me. But no. She continued to completely ignore me while she cleaned up and I just stood there. Finally, a young guy walked in and I thought, ok, maybe he will help me, but nope. He just ignored me as well. I was the only customer at this point!! I stood there for about two minutes longer and finally walked out. Seriously, this is how you treat customers? No wonder it's so empty. This was a Sunday at around 11:30 7/30/23, so if management even cares you can look to see who was working. At this point I have no intention of ever going here again.

Just get the peanut butter banana smoothie!!! It is the best smoothie ever. Super cold with no watery ice flavor! Has the banana and peanut butter texture oh so good. I’m addicted to it.

The BEST Juice bar I've ever been to!!!!! Welcoming vibes as soon as you enter! I love the acai bowls here, they are packed with different fresh fruits. My favorite is the very berry bowl. I love to add the peanut butter drizzle on top... Yummmmmy!!!! Staff is very very friendly! And today when I switched it up to their M.R. strawberry shake, Jenn remembered my name!! That is awesome!!! Thanks Jenn and the rest of the staff for always making my lunch break visits Great ones!!! You guys ROCK!!!

What wasn't great: When I walked it it smelled strong fragrance of cleaner which is not my idea of a great first impression. The music had a lot of volume and language in it with a child present so that wasn't great either. A little confused by the spelling of my name...I said Christina and I don't know who would ever spell their name that way...reminds me of Krusty from SpongeBob Staff didn't know what protein amount was for protein added. They gave me a range of 16-20grams, but seemed to not know right away which I find odd.What was great: staff friendly, it's clean, theirs açaí bowlIs soooo good and worth going back for! Fresh, flavorful, organic, delicious!! Fresh max fruit bowl with vegan protein added.
