We walked out after being seated and no one ever coming to get an order. There were 5 or 6 employees standing around. The bar tender was right behind us just cleaning glasses.

Awesome food, including pizza, chicken and flatbread. Beer selection outstanding. Excellent appetizers. Very cool and friendly staff. The ONLY thing not up to par is it's a little messy. Seems they always have a lot of tables that need to be bussed. That's it though. Love it.

Been a long time canyon country resident and costumer today so disappointed service really bad i ordered the beef sliders used to be juicy and great today dry and burn bun’s took so long to get drinks and food hopefully they’ll pay attention to service and food thanks

They need to improve in tv sound. And not to forget is a sport bar. Foods is great love theirs oggies pizza. Family place to watch football because of their food so far

Great food, great location set up, horrible customer service. Felt very unwelcomed, not enough diversity. I would recommend ordering for take out rather then dining in. The staff needs redevelopment. We are in 2024 not 1942, they need to learn how make people from all walks of life feel comfortable. No one wants to be served by anyone that makes them feel like they don't belong in their establishment.

The service is the absolute worst! From being sat to giving an order. Food is great! Service sucks! We waited to be seated in a half empty restaurant for an out 15 minutes as employee after employee walked by us without acknowledging our presence. We eventually had to ask someone to seat us, and was then sat at a dirty table. We had to ask to have it cleaned. We then sat for another 15 minutes and watched as the waitress speaks to the table next to us and then passes us without a word and goes to another table and begins clearing it. At that point we got up and left. I’ve had the food there before and it was great. The service then sucked as well. I’ll never return. Everyone else seemed satisfied.

We went to Oggi's yesterday for late lunch we were greeted by a lady who said sit anywhere I'll bring your menus right away after 10 minutes of sitting we still haven't seen her she went back into the kitchen and we never saw her so we got up and we left this is typical of the kind of service that you get here and the swamp coolers are ridiculous fix the air conditioning for Christ's sake it's too bad because the food generally is pretty good but they have such a high turnover of servers it drags the place down I think the owner is cheap

They lack on customer service, they need more waitresses or waiters

The service was great! I had a half salad, it was so good. Portion size was too much for me, though. The only downside was that it is waaay too cold in there.

I have eaten here at least once every two weeks. The staff is so friendly and they treat everyone like VIPS. Please eat here.
