After waiting, almost one and a half hour to be seated One salad bowl for 5 The food such noodles was not fresh they cover the taste with cheese in everything Food needs to improve

Sat at the bar. The bartender was great. They were out of the cab, and the red blend was not drinkable, and she was very accommodating with me changing my order. Just ok. But we don't usually eat at chains. It was the only thing that was opened as it was lake at night.

Unfortunately… this is the second time.
We went there and we chose the vegetable complimentary soup Because of the religious dietary. They gave our family veggie soup buttttttt there was meat in there.
I really wanted to Sue them because this is the second time!
What’s the point of choose veggie soup if I want meat in this. And this shows that they contaminate their food. How is there meat pieces in the veggie soup?
The first time they had put meat in our shrimp pasta like what the heck!!???

Pretty much no service. My boyfriend and I went planning to have a nice date night. It’s a weekday and we waited at least 30 minutes to be asked what drinks we wanted. 15 minutes later we got water but I never got my cocktail. We waited about an hour and never got our meals or even our salad. Two groups behind us had left since they waited so long. We ended up giving up and left. Do not plan to come back to this location. Bummer.

Just had a birthday celebration here today and the service was incredible! Jana treated us like family with friendliness and attention. The birthday song and cakes were delightful!
The food was good, Olive Garden style, but could be better. The main dishes were creamy, but some pasta in fettuccine was very dry, Zuppa Toscana seemed to be a watered-down version of its former glory, which was one of the best soups at Olive Garden. Please bring back the chunks of meat and gobs of kale!
We know business is hard and for those of us who are old time fans of Olive Garden charm and creamy pasta, please preserve the brand iconic dishes the way they were always served in the past!
Have to end on a positive note that this restaurant is clean and has a beautiful family atmosphere. We enjoyed our 3 hours of dining, Thank you!

My wife and I went to dinner there last night. There was No hostess to greet us and we waited for over 5 minutes. We noticed an empty table in the bar area, so we went in and sat down. The waitress came over and asked if they gave us menus. We explained that nobody was at the hostess desk and sat ourselves. She said ok gave us menus and got our drink order. Then the hostess came over and said we will have move because there is No Open sitting in the Bar area at night( don’t understand that). Told her we had already ordered. She then said ok. But as we were leaving, 4 people were waiting for the hostess but nobody was there again. The restaurant was NOT busy that night.

Fair service. Food, horrible. I had chicken parmesan, a standard for most Italian style restaurants dry as a bone, the sauce was awful. Salad was okay, service was reasonably fast, but not very attentive - I found myself thirsty most of the meal, but they did accommodate our group. Dessert was meh. Nothing seemed like it could save this meal. One other important thing: the dumpster smelled so
awful , it was making people wretch from 50 feet away. Imagine that? How can this place stay in business with Buca, Presto and Cheesecake minutes away? Worst food (a very loose usage of the word here). I usually never give a bad review, but this was exceptional. Don't go here. At least try to keep from getting anywhere close to the dumpster, if you must.

Bad they did not note us down and passed a family that was after us keep in mind the other family had no reservation whatsoever we were there before and we had to wait for what felt eternity extremely awful not recommend
