Food is always fresh, and service is efficient & quick. Hands down the BEST xiao long boas in SoCal. Been coming here for years, and still the best I’ve had to date & for the foreseeable future.

One Bite Dumpling is such a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, the staff are kind & attentive, and the atmosphere is super cute—perfect for a relaxed meal.
We loved the Pork Xiao Long Bao, Sautéed Bok Choy with Garlic, & Spicy Pork Wontons—everything was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully made. Definitely one of our favorite finds in Santa Clarita!
