Donuts are great but the ham and cheese croissants are outta this world. I order them every time I go camping and take them with me for a quick and easy delicious breakfast for the family. I have had family in from out of town and they specifically request that we go to Pam's donuts. Love Anita she is one of a kind.

We moved away 5 years ago from Saugus however for 20 years lived just down the street. I would walk to the shop most Sundays for coffee and donuts along with getting my lotto.We are very sorry to here Anita has had a stroke. They have a go fund me going for Anita.We miss the neighborhood which she is a great part of it.

The donuts here are very pricey for a mom and pop shop, and they weren't as airy and fluffy to what I'm used to. I'm still in search of the best glazed donuts in town!

Disappointed to say the least. Bring cash or use their ATM and get overcharged for using it. The service is subpar. And most importantly, the donuts are awful, but be prepared to pay premium price for old donuts. 18 bucks for a dozen. Be better Pam!

I love this Donut shop, it's a local place family owned with really good Donuts. They also serve Thrifty Ice Cream if your around in the afternoon, have coffee, some pastries etc. There are a bunch of donut shops around but if your near Seco and Copper Hill this would be a good stop if you're in the mood for some enjoyable calories.....

I was craving a glazed donut and decides to try this place out. It was one of the best donuts I've ever had! They are a little pricer than other but honestly kind of worth it.

I hate this place. The lady didn't put any tape on the box. And when she handed it to me. She dropped it on the dirty floor. She made me pay for another ? box. When it was her fault. I am NEVER coming there again.

At first the guy told me 8.75 for a dozen doughnuts and I had no cash on hand so I pulled out a 20 dollar bill and all of a sudden the price rose to 18.75! Such a rip off! Confronted the guy and he played d*** like he couldn't speak English! Even tho it was fluent during my purchase

Donuts are good overall but not overly hyped like the ratings say. Relax it's just a donut shop.The filled donuts have a weird taste so wouldn't recommend those. The standard donuts are ok. Way better donuts around SCV.Only take cash and the donuts aren't cheap. Had to use her ATM which cost me $5 to use after everything. Who carries cash really anymore. So donuts more expensive plus I have to bring cash. Nah I'm good. Other options without the hassle
