I work up the street. I go here for lunch atleast 4 days a week. The staff are usually the same showing the have a low turnover rate. The food is consistent and the service is always as great. Sometimes it is busy and some rude people like to take it out on the staff for making them wait. But not me.
I want to give a shout out to Jackie at this location. I rarely receive actual customer service from any business anymore, everything is so automated, and she delivered on service. The app sent my order twice to the store and she called me when the second one came through after I already picked up my order. They didn't automatically fill it. I was able to get my second order a few days later without any problems. I appreciate the effort, extra mile, and thought put into what...
