My rating has to do with service upon arriving with over an hour before close. Remaining food looked old and they were out of my 2 items I usually order. Walnut shrimp and orange chicken. They said all they have is whats out. I dont understand why not replenish food with about an hour 15 before close. Instead I was told to go to the other panda express down the way

This is the worst place I do like Panda Express but when it’s very slow and I asked (angel t. I was there at exactly 1:47pm today I do know he claims to be a manager asked if I could get some change for a $20 bill and I’ll pay for my order with a debit card he said ok all I said 5s n the rest in 1s took the $20 and charged the card for only $4.36 I asked where’s my change he said we do not give change when you pay half cash I said no I asked for change you said ok but I will not accept an apology or an excuse for his stupidity reason no customers in line and he gets my drink wrong and because of him I’m out $20 and I call and this place hangs up not taking responsibility for there stupidity there mistake n still hanging up

I ordered super greens and received a single broccoli. I called the store and phone line would get picked up then they hang up. Bad service and poor quality.

Came in at 815, this place closes at 9. The food that was available looked like it had been sitting, and they gave me a tough time about anything fresh. 45 minutes before closing isnt last minute by any means, but not going to pay for end of day slop that's been sitting around in the open. Dont be rude to customers that ask either.

They’re never open on time. 10am and then you’re stuck waiting 30 minutes outside and still waiting another 15 minutes because they don’t have food ready.
I just got a kids meal no entree only rice and noodles. The person named Delaney served me and gave us a half portion of each and chef Ed us the full price. When I complained she stated that these are kids portions. This is unbelievable. Maybe they need to trim their staff on customer service.

Dirty tables & floors, counter staff were very dry and did not smile or create a welcoming atmosphere when entering, ordering or dining. The prepared food was excellent.
Got sick of their food. I don't think the owners or staff care about making good healthy food. Everyone I know that ate here has gotten food poisoning. Just close this place down if you won't have a responsible staff or ownership.
