I ordered super greens and received a single broccoli. I called the store and phone line would get picked up then they hang up. Bad service and poor quality.

Came in at 815, this place closes at 9. The food that was available looked like it had been sitting, and they gave me a tough time about anything fresh. 45 minutes before closing isnt last minute by any means, but not going to pay for end of day slop that's been sitting around in the open. Dont be rude to customers that ask either.

They’re never open on time. 10am and then you’re stuck waiting 30 minutes outside and still waiting another 15 minutes because they don’t have food ready.

I just got a kids meal no entree only rice and noodles. The person named Delaney served me and gave us a half portion of each and chef Ed us the full price. When I complained she stated that these are kids portions. This is unbelievable. Maybe they need to trim their staff on customer service.
Dirty tables & floors, counter staff were very dry and did not smile or create a welcoming atmosphere when entering, ordering or dining. The prepared food was excellent.

Got sick of their food. I don't think the owners or staff care about making good healthy food. Everyone I know that ate here has gotten food poisoning.
Just close this place down if you won't have a responsible staff or ownership.

This Panda Express often stops making food at least an hour before closing time. 15 mins before... okay, I understand. But anything earlier, you better get that orange chicken back out of the freezer and throw it on the fryer. I'm here right now on a Wednesday at 8pm and there's a pile-up of at least 20 customers because the staff didn't have any food ready to serve. The manager straight up told me the reason is they were getting ready to close - AT 9PM. Look, I love me some cuddly peaceful little pandas - but right now I'm about to flip some tables up in this mamma-jamma

This specific location is okay. However, the app has a delivery option which it seems goes thru door dash now. I'm still waiting on my order but I had no luck communicating with the driver or the location listed here. I called both multiple times but no answer. Food is late, possibly cold. Bad experience today. Best to go in. Do not order thru the app.

Usually Panda Express food is excellent (good food inexpensive), however on this visit the fried rice was cold and there was no ice for your drinks (ice machine was broke). However, I’m not going to let these concerns deter me from dinning here in the future.
