We went 11/11/25 and Rachel was at the register very serious no friendly service or even basic customer service had serious face and afterwards I said thank you very kindly and she didn’t say a word or look at me , do how expensive things are here she can at least say have a good day or your welcome or some acknowledgment smile something, very serious and maybe shouldn’t be working the front of the cafe

Dirty from the tables to the floor. No food at a restaurant. It’s not asking too much much to get your food and have your order be correct. No drink wrong sandwich, it’s like management doesn’t exist.

Last Tuesday we bought bakers dozen of bagels. They were uncooked and looking pale. We asked them to be sliced. The slice was very uneven, meaning one side was very very thin and the other side thick. From now on ofcourse we won't have them sliced, but having uncooked bagels is something we can do about it. We had to throw away half of them. Two weeks prior to last week, we asked for cinnamon raisins and we were given cinnamon crunch. I had to bring them back half hour later and change them. They put them back were other bagels were!!!! Is that sanitary???

I ordered an $11 sandwich and it was smaller than the palm of my hand. The sandwich was so small, that it seemed to be part of a kids’ meal. WHAT? Panera is going to go bankrupt for charging these outrageous prices for so little food. For example, Olive Garden has pasta lunch specials for $11-$14 that include soup or salad and and a much generous entree. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
