My son was a little disappointed because the sandwich looked very different from the picture on the menu. Panera's food is always average, so you can go there without feeling bad.

Great spot in Canyon Country.
I tried the Italian Steak & Mozzarella and it was really tasty. I really enjoy coming out and study here.

This establishment is 💯 anti disability. They made that abundantly clear tonight. I went to the restroom with my disabled child. When we returned our food had been cleared from the table. A not so subtle way of telling us to leave. They happily replaced the stolen food in to-go containers.

Please keep in mind, I intentionally left personal items at the table to indicate that we were returning. Our drinks were still at the table. Pastries in a bag, still there. Just our soup and baguettes were disposed of. Again, happily replaced in to-go containers.

This is absolutely shameful. Especially when the broccoli cheddar soup is a safe food for my child. Unfortunately we won't be returning. We don't support companies or businesses that have these policies.

We ordered food through door dash. Boy haven’t eaten there in a while. The restaurant has really gone down hill. Won’t eat there again

We ordered delivery from this Panera location on a Friday night, and it almost couldn't have been worse. Each of us ordered different items and there were problems with every single item that was delivered, not to mention missing items.

I ordered the autumn squash soup. It didn't come with the roasted pumpkin seeds that are supposed to be on it.

I ordered a toasted garden Caprese, which barely had any of the caprese cheese on it… You know the main ingredient.

We ordered the balsamic greens with grains. For some reason this item wasn't included with the delivery.

We ordered mac & cheese. For some reason this item wasn't included with our delivery.

We ordered creamy tomato soup. It didn't come with the croutons it's supposed to come with.

Of course, mistakes happen sometimes, but it's especially unfortunate when it's a delivery order when there's really no recourse, outside of just getting a refund, to fix these mistakes.

All three of us didn't get what we wanted and we were relying on this delivery to take care of dinner since we had to be somewhere later and had no time or wiggle room to fix or come up with something different by the time the order arrived.

Extremely disappointed.

My hearty chili soup smelled bad and tasted like the meat was old. It ruined the whole taste of the soup itself. Like when its cooked too long too many days and it shouldve been tossed and a new batch should be made. Unfortunately, i still ate it because i forced myself since I paid 15 dollars for it. But it felt like i was eating close to expiring soup and it was not a good experience for me. I hadnt been to panera for like a year. I was expecting better taste and fresh quality. It is a new item on the menu too so that does not look good on the value for it.

The home style soup was hot, but it lacked flavor.
Tasted like it was from a can. There was very little vegetables and chicken in it which was a disappointment.
I won’t be getting this again … services was fine.

They have some good soups that I have bought from the grocery store and thought why not go and try it out in person.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwhich and it had barely any meat in it. Simply disappointing for the price.

Everyone else I was with had a half sandwhich and soup and said it was like having a light snack rather than lunch.

Maybe we had a single sandwhich maker or maybe this is just how they do it.

I would not go back again.

Without warning, at least nothing that I heard, Panera has decided to stop selling plane flaky croissants. Instead, their breakfast menu is replete with either very sugary or very fatty savory “croissant sandwiches“ and the like. Granted, a butter croissant is no health panacea, but why remove such a staple from your bakery list? I will now drive elsewhere to get my pastries, as a form of consumer activism. Bring back the croissant!

The service was good. The food was tasty. But I will not be going back as the food was too expensive. We each got the pick 2. I didn't even get a drink and it was $40. Too much for a half sandwich, half soup, in my humble opinion.

An absolute rip off. 3 sandwiches $50. Almost nothing between the bread. 3 slices if super thin meat , barely any veggies. Do NOT eat here
