Went to order a couple days ago...when i went to finish delivery order, found out there is now a $20 min for delivery. So...no more Papa Johns pizza for us!

I placed an online order and 90 mins later still no delivery. Score is based on the fact that there was no notification for the delay and worse yet when I called the facility they acted very nonchalant about it. I requested that they cancel the order and issue a refund and they hung up on me. Here's hoping they actually issue out a refund. Never again.

Ordered a heart shaped pizza on Valentine's Day 2019 at 2:00 pm for delivery at 7:20 pm. It is now 8:20 pm, and no pizza, one person told us that it wasn't made yet because they were waiting for thin crust, then Francisco, who says that he is the manager, tells me it is on the way. Wish I knew the truth and wish I could tell Scott Morgan (the owner) what a bunch of rude people he has working for him. Francisco said it would be here in 5 minutes...5 minutes and I am still waiting.

Really really bad service. We've come to this location time and time again, giving them a chance to give us a good experience. The lady at the register was very rude and said that she can't add fresh veggies from the back because she is working here alone. Because the meat touches the vegetables when the pizza is being made we can't have them from the front. Later a delivery driver comes and starts making pizza without even washing his hands. While making the pizza he scratched his back and arms. When the pizza was ready she handed it to us and we asked for the usual things anyone would ask for which is crushed peppers, Parmesan, napkins, and plates. Surprisingly, according to her, they no longer carry plates. Please Papa Johns, we really love your pizza but your customer service at this location especially needs lots of work.

When ever me and my family are craving Pizza we Come to this papa johns location! They never fail to amaze us! The staff there is very friendly. I always order the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, the Works, and a Pepperoni Pizza! Those guys know what they are doing! Hot pizzas never cold amazing Customer Service. Keep Up the great work guys!!!

This is the worst Papa Johns we have ever gotten pizza from. They do NOT have forks, knives or plates. They are not friendly and really, when Costco does much better than this Papa Johns it should raise it's level of service. We won't be back.

the worker was rude and asked to many questions. i was just trying to order a pizza. i didn't catch his name but he seemed older. don't call order here before 12 he will get cranky. no disrespect i just wanted my pizza.
Well it's alway the cheese for me. My friends and I had a sample pizza party which is us ordering from the local 3 mile radius pizza parlors and it was super fun. they were all cheese pizzas. The winner by far was Vincenzo's pizza but it was pricey next was dominoes and last were Pizza Hut and papa johns. I'm a romantic when it comes to my cheese pizza.

Where is the zero stars option! My order was incomplete for a delivery. When I called to let them know, they were extremely rude! i was talked down to and yelled at by a so called Francisco. The owner needs to really do something about this location. I've never been treated like this at a business.

I understand communication problems sometimes with placing an order with a foreigner but not to have anyone I can talk English to fluently without spending 10 minutes it get my address down is crazy. I finally realized I was acting crazy for staying on the phone for 10 minutes to give them my address. No disrespect to anyone, just make sure you can have someone to communicate with ALL your customers...

Way over priced and the pizza is not good. O my thing I liked was the garlic butter. They put extra olives when we requested no olives! Sauce tasted old.
