My recent visit to Paradis Ice Cream was a delightful experience. The staff member who assisted me was exceptionally helpful and ensured my visit was enjoyable. While the ice cream flavor selection was satisfactory, the quality of the ice cream was excellent. I particularly appreciated the unique base options available. I look forward to returning to explore the menu further.

Came here first time. Service was poor dude didn’t smile or seem like they wanted to be there, was just not friendly, pricey for low grade ice cream, ordered a shake tasted like spoiled milk and not even thick more like spoiled milk with Oreo flavored waste of money and time.

Gotta be my all time favorite ice cream place. So many options, and the quality is unmatched. Absolutely delicious. And the shop itself is lovely, so clean and nice to just sit down for a while and enjoy your ice cream.

ParadISGUSTING. Tasted like store bought ice cream and cone felt hard and stale. Also it dripped everywhere because the cone wasnt secure. go to another ice cream place for a better bang for your buck

This is our favorite ice cream shop by far! So many amazing flavors, everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. Our toddlers (& my husband) beg to visit every time we come to the mall!

My sisters and I went in today for a special treat. The door says to come in for samples, so we did. The woman at the counter, possibly the owner, screamed at us when we asked a question about the differences between the two strawberry ice creams they offered. We decided to spend our money elsewhere.

One of the best ice cream shops in the SCV. Great variety of classic and special custom flavors. Super comfortable shaded outdoor seating. Located in front of Carter, close to Apple and the lazy dog cafe.

Me and my friend were at Paradise ice cream earlier, the staff were so sweet and friendly. I was a few dollars low and the really kind staff member let me have an ice cream on the house. This was the Paradise ice cream in Westfield mall, Valencia. Also, they have so many unique and delicious flavors, I would rate this more than a 5 if I could, would highly reccomend.

New favorite spot!
