Came here first time. Service was poor dude didn’t smile or seem like they wanted to be there, was just not friendly, pricey for low grade ice cream, ordered a shake tasted like spoiled milk and not even thick more like spoiled milk with Oreo flavored waste of money and time.

Gotta be my all time favorite ice cream place. So many options, and the quality is unmatched. Absolutely delicious. And the shop itself is lovely, so clean and nice to just sit down for a while and enjoy your ice cream.
As someone who is unfortunately lactose intolerant, it was nice to see 4 milk substitute options. Samples are provided if you want to try a flavor. I bought the lemon and strawberry with a waffle cone ($1.50 extra). I like the waffle, it tasted kind of sweet with a bit of cinnamon. The sorbets were a bit tarte and sweet. I feel as though two scoops was a bit too much for my taste. This establishment is located among the outdoor mall stalls. Park calling Valencia Blvd.

So good. So quality. So friendly. Best ice cream I've had in and around Valencia. The waffle cones are fresh, sweet, and crispy. The perfect compliment to the creamy luscious ice cream. Bravo!

I've been wanting to come here since they opened years ago. But just never got around to it. I'm so glad they reopened because dang was I disappointed when I saw they closed temporarily. I ordered their banana sundae and peanut butter chip. Both flavors together were the perfect pair! The gentleman working the counter was super friendly. And the atmosphere is really cute inside. It was definitely a nice little snack yesterday. We'll definitely be back!

This is a cute little ice cream shop at the Valencia mall. They had weird names for their flavors like Straccatella? I went with the Taro ice cream which was a 9/10 would give it 10/10 but it melted kind of fast for a cold day. They also offer to make milk shakes & smoothies. The owners were super nice and patient letting me and my friend try several different samples of the flavors. I believe they are a small business so it felt nice supporting them and their dessert shop rather than go to Menchies which I'm so bored of.

They have many plant-based options, and a couple of gourmet sugar-free ones too.- Peanut Nocciella: so surprised this was vegan! It's peanut Butter blended with almond milk and swirled with a creamy, plant based hazelnut and cocoa - Cucumber & elderflower (vegan)- Speculoos cookie butter (spiced Belgian cookie butter yum)- Black currant brownie cheesecake- Double almond nocciella (vegan)- Roche: fresh milk ice cream with a creamy hazelnut, cocoa swirl and diced hazelnut- Oreo strawberry buttermilk- Tons of fresh fruit flavors like cucumber elderflower, POG, virgin mojito, avocado & limeOmg their ice cream is SO DELISH! My favorites are Speculoos cookie butter, roche, and any of the cheesecake flavors.With cheesecake alone, they have mango, strawberry, and raspberry in addition to black currant brownie.YUM! I know it's pricier, but the quality is worth it. Don't come here and get something like vanilla or chocolate. Get their special flavors that you can't get elsewhere.

Oh my goodness I just came home with some of this ice cream and it is DELICIOUS. The shop is super cute and the person who was working was super nice. I came here to celebrate something with my daughter and she was beyond happy to have some of this deliciousness and I'm so glad I chose this place to treat her! It's right in between my daughter's two favorite things at the mall too (the turtle pond and the playground) so it works out that I found this amazing spot! To the owners of this place - thank you for making our ice cream outing special and making such yummy treats!

My sisters and I went in today for a special treat. The door says to come in for samples, so we did. The woman at the counter, possibly the owner, screamed at us when we asked a question about the differences between the two strawberry ice creams they offered. We decided to spend our money elsewhere.
