As for mentioning only the 5 Star Winners here on Trip Advisor, I voted in Peet's Coffee, located in Santa Clarita for the "Best Cinnamon Roll"! This tasty little bite is packed with a lot of punch! It is satisfyingly delicious and at only 180 calories, it goes to show that good things come in small packages. I've never tasted a better cinnamon roll, ever! While counting calories, I ordered a mini bun and it was just enough to get that craving fix while maintaining my girlie figure. Signed, The Hollywood Vamp "Reviewing what I love "

Got some excellent coffee at this place. I had an oatmilk cappuccino and partner had a mocha frappuccino. My drink was excellent, very well made. The frappuccino was a tad weak so the Barista added a shot at no extra charge. Happy to see plant based muffin and cookie! Plenty of seating

Never received anything but great service here. I’ve been coming here for a few years and the male barista who is often making the drinks is outstanding. Personal, polite, and efficient. The management is doing the right thing here, empowering great counter staff and taking care of exceptional employees.

do not advertise a vegan sandwich if for years now you do not have it available. i know someone who works at another location who has covered a shift here in scv and they told me the staff is “lazy” and does not defrost the plant based sandwiches.

I gave this a four overall cause the service is good and the food too but where they went wrong was raising the prices of the food like 50 cents overnight I used to get the ham and cheese sandwhich and the next day surprise 50 cents more now I can’t get hot food. That sucks .

I've told Google several times that I did not go here. I tried removing it again and I got brought to this rate page. I'm not trying to give them a low score for Googles error. I was only searching for breakfast and coffee while I was in the area. I did not go or order.

I like Peets coffee shops and Peets coffee beans. But i think the employees at this location need more training. My wife and I stop here when we drive from the LA area to the Bay Area. Our drink is the mocha. They either mess up the balance of milk, espresso, and chocolate, or don't make it hot enough. Only about 1 out of every 5 is correct. The Dodgers wouldn't accept batting .200. Peets shouldn't either.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Peet's Coffee & Tea. Mind you this is my first visit here from out of town while I had plans to go do other things. After placing an order for just two coffees, we waited for 20 minutes while watching at least six people who ordered after us get their drinks. Finally, my boyfriend went up to ask about our order, only to find out that they never even started making it. No apology, no effort to fix it--just a refund and a dismissive attitude. Needless to say, we left and will not be returning. If you value your time and customer service, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I've had Peets before, but done at home (they sell coffee beans on Target or Walmart), so it was my first time and my it exceeded my expectations, delicious coffee, nice place and great service. The horchata latte was excellent and we loved the peanut butter cookies.

During my recent visit to the store, I noticed a few flies inside, some even crawling on the food. Felt sort of concerning about the hygiene and cleanliness of the environment. On a positive note, the coffee was excellent, which I appreciated. It would be great if the store could address the issue with the flies and ensuring that food displays are kept clean.
