The food is always fantastic. I was mistreated once because I brought my puppy as I usually do just to pick up my order from takeout. I was the last to be served but when I told them I was not eating there, then they treated me kindly. Service - not so great. Food tastes amazing. I would never dine there but take out I can do.

Went in earlier and the people ordering in front of me complained about mold in bbq chicken and the worker only threw the one piece away and not the whole batch until more people complained, please do not eat here. They reheat their food multiple times and nothing is fresh. This is appalling and repulsive. Please do not support this! They should not be open if they serve food with mold.

Everytime i did grocery shopping at Island Pacific, I was tempted to take out filipino food from Philhouse fastfood. I though i was just unlucky for the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth time I take out filipino food from this fastfood, but no, everytime, the food was not freshly cooked, it was reheated for so many times, i believe, that i finally give up on this filipino fastfood. my fifth/last time, the pansit bihon was almost spoiled so was the vegie with coconut milk. Be careful or better to be safe, buy somewhere else or cook your favorite filipino dish after shopping.

I'm a repeat customer for online delivery. I purchase every 2 months. They allow you to add to your online order (through phone-in order) especially if the items are not found online. Just text the delivery driver to check if all orders are in the bag to be sure, because the food servers can be busy and may miss adding the phone orders into the bag.

Everytime i order delivery, the crispy pata is old. It is just reheated/refried. It's dry and hard. It would be nice to actually get something new not from yesterday and reheated only. Bad quality
