Exceptional food and service is always received here and tonight was no difference. Highly recommend!
Another great dinner at Piccola. We have been there many times. We had a seasonal salad with persimmon and goat cheese. Very good. Then the rigatoni with sausage and black truffles - also excellent.
Wonderful as always. Our favorite special occasion place, but great for any occasion. Buona sera!
Always the best food, the torta di zucca is the best dessert ever, it's a must, wishes they had it all year long. The pomegranate salad was delicious
Our waiter was amazing and gave the best recommendations. Everyone loved their meals and cocktails. This is a family favorite and they always seem to top themselves. I can't wait for our next visit.
Love this restaurant. Food is always good and never disappoint's.. Recommend sitting patio for best experience!!
Our first time and we loved it! The mixed drinks were well crafted. We had the calamari and burrata, both were wonderful. Each of us got a pasta dish and they all tasted so fresh and delicious. The desserts were also delicious, the fall special pumpkin lava cake was to die for. Valet parking was inexpensive and great service.
We were traveling thru Santa Clarita (where we lived years ago), and we had one night for dinner. Our experience at Piccolo Trattoria was outstanding - every aspect. Food was excellent and service was truly perfect. We had a wonderful evening and recommend this place without hesitation!
We moved away 7 years ago and this was our favorite restaurant. When we had to make an unexpected trip back, we knew this was a must stop. We ordered the same items that we did 7 years ago and the food is still great. The service is excellent as well. The one thing we wish we could have taken with us is this restaurant.
The wine was fantastic and our dinner was so delicious. The service was superb as well!! Loved our evening there!

First time visiting but when we walked in we felt like family! Service was amazing. Attentive. Staff was on point all night long. Menu is extensive and food was great. Cocktails and dessert were also great. This is our new Italian spot !!
Piccola Trattoria is truly a gem in Santa Clarita—yes it's on the pricier side, but absolutely worth every penny. From start to finish, our dining experience was exceptional. The food was nothing short of perfection—everything we ordered was cooked beautifully and bursting with authentic Italian flavor. From our antipasti, we enjoyed the Calamari Fritti, Carpaccio di Bue, Dolcelatte alla Caprese & Prosciutto di Parma e Pecorino—each dish fresh, flavorful, & a great way to start the meal. These last pasta courses were the real star of the show—& knowing the pasta is home-made, made it even more special. We savored the Linguine alla Vongole (tender clams with perfectly al dente pasta), Spaghetti alla Pescatora (a delicious seafood medley), Mezzelune di Crostacei (ravioli stuffed with shrimp & scallops—divine!), Lasagna, & Risotto ai Funghi (rich & earthy with mushrooms). Every single dish was spot on. For our secondi, we ordered the Ossobucco—WOW!—melt-in-your-mouth tender & full of depth. We also had a 10 oz. New York Ribeye Steak served with a creamy wild mushroom sauce, broccolini, & potatoes, as well as a Swordfish with Lemon & Caper Sauce paired with mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables. These last 2 weren't even on the main menu, which made them feel like a special treat—and they did not disappoint. The service was impeccable. We were lucky enough to be served by the owner's spouse, who spoke fluent Sicilian. As fellow Sicilians, it was such a joy to be able to converse in our native language—it made the experience feel like home. The ambiance was warm, inviting, and elegant—perfect for a romantic dinner or a special night out. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine with impeccable service and a cozy, upscale atmosphere, Piccola Trattoria should be at the top of your list. We left completely satisfied and can't wait to return.
Customer service was very unpleasant. The food was not the best either. The pasta tasted flat and lifeless. The steak was far from tender and didn't have any flavor. It was like eating cardboard. The mashed potatoes would've been its saving grace if it had flavor. A+ for texture though. Olive garden tastes better .. Which is saying something.
We always enjoy dining at Piccola Trattoria. The food is delicious and service always attentive.
Absolutely loved the service and I went there to celebrate my anniversary with my boyfriend and the restaurant surprised us with a dessert on the house to celebrate! Will be back again for future anniversaries.
