So good! I ordered the Taste of Italy. It's a great sampler, and a huge portion. The fettuccine Alfredo was probably my favorite.

This is the best little Italian spot in the SC and AV Valkey put together. We order it all the time for work events, personal, and birthdays. Every item on the menu is so delicious, and you can't go wrong with trying something new on the menu. I recommend it 100%. ?

Ordered a calzone online with peppers, mushroom, and Canadian bacon. When I got it the top crust wasn't scored so it was pretty much completely closed. About 1/4-1/3 into it I realized it was actually sausage, pepperoni, and ham. Called to explain this wasn't what I ordered but they wanted the full calzone back to replace it. I explained I didn't immediately realize and they weren't really willing to work with me. I was offering to bring my receipt after work with what was left or pictures of the inner ingredients. Apparently they don't do full replacements when they make mistakes, they're only willing to give you a discount.They have another location on McBean & Newhall Ranch, and this location has honored wrong orders with full replacement, even on a different day if needed (we went back a week later and they still honored it). The food here is good, don't get me wrong, but I'm not a fan of somewhere messing up your order and not making it right. Food is good. Customer service needs work, especially when it's their mistake.

The management of this place value customer service and I appreciate their care of customers. I accidentally ordered online at the wrong location (Newhall) when i meant to order on Bouquet. I called to let them know and ask for a refund and initially was told by an employee no, and when I advised i couldn't pick up the calzone she said "go online and request a refund." I went online tried and there was no option, so i called back and was lucky enough to have the manager answer. She took care of my request and was so gracious, patient and friendly. Thank you for your service. I love their food, but Bouquet is just close to home. Support local businesses! And go enjoy a calzone or pizza

Ordered at 5:45pm and nobody showed up til 8:10pm. I enjoy the other two locations but the Newhall ave one is not on the same level. What made it worse they charged my card twice after they said they'd refund my order I canceled. This is my first ever bad review and I'm sorry but to make me right this had to be a stupid experience.
The food here is always great. We recently had lunch here with our staff after a hard, hot day. The service was fast, and the employee was very pleasant and helpful. We will keep coming back!!

Hello, thank you for the info but I will not be trying your pizza. I ordered a pizza and was only able to eat one bite. I am sorry to tell you it was disappointing! Rather than make a fuss, I throw it away and gave my children chicken noodle soup and grilled cheeses. It was disappointing and sad that I threw 45 dollars away. I was not going to say anything and eat it but since you reached out with a coupon for another pizza, you ... as a company... as a franchise needed to know., good day!!!!!! Sent from

An otherwise pretty good pizza place, but they have trouble with requests (like extra toppings) and the last time I was in the cashier gave themselves a tip on their Apple Pay Card reader. I have no problem tipping but for them to choose without me having any input is underhanded and scummy. I won’t be ordering food from here again.
