Danielle the owner and her staff are wonderful!! They will customize any caloric concerns I have. And the food is delicious! Depending on what my week looks like - I usually order a dinner and lunch for the week. They do delivery too! Or when I'm in a hurry I stop by to pick up entrees, but supply is limited. A friend recommended Plate Therapy for their high quality food and dynamic menu. I've been very happy with everything from the menu/ordering system to enjoying great food prepared in the right portions. I've lost several pounds and generally feel better eating which is the best part. Great job Plate Therapy!
