Are you tired of getting what you actually ordered? Well, look no more! Popeyes has gotten my order wrong almost every single i I went! I can end up ordering ONE SIMPLE ITEM, and they still manage to give me someone else's drink and not even include the food I order.I have only eaten via drive thru, but I have eaten Popeyes many times and did enter the actual building before to make the employees actually get me my order. Every single time I go there, there is always either a missing item, an item I did not order, or both. Also, the one time they got my order right was when the manager was tired of the employees shoving items in bags and when he decided to take our order and give us our food himself.Unless you get lucky and the manager is there, expect to get a random meal you didn't order, your actual meal to be missing, and the employees to walk away and dismiss you as if they got your order right. A word of advice: check the bag every single time to make sure you actually got what you ordered, and then check the receipt to make sure you didn't end up paying for something that you didn't order.

This is by far the worst Popeyes that I have ever been to in my life (and I've been to A LOT of them, including the OG full service restaurant in Louisiana). This location was my 3rd time visit since it first opened. Compared to the Popeyes in Newhall, the food here is REALLY BAD. The server that greeted me was nice (all of the staff were nice) she had this "I really don't want to be here" demeanor though. She took my order, I always ask for the chicken that just came out of the fryer to make sure that it's fresh and hot. That was no problem. I watched a batch come out "fresh", and that's what I got. I ordered fries that also came out "fresh", red beans & rice, and an apple pie. I went to my car to eat it (I haven't felt comfortable eating in their dining room ever since there was a shooting at this location, but I digress), and the food was lukewarm - cold. How does that happen?! I watched the food come out, but I noticed that there was no steam coming from any of the food. Usually when hot food comes out you can see the steam emanating from it. This was not the case. The red beans and rice were putrid. It smelled and tasted horrible. Really bitter. I didn't even bother eating it. The biscuit was hard as a brick. The 1st thing I tried were my fries and I went back in to get new ones. The manager happily replaced them with "new" ones. Would you believe that they too were soggy and lukewarm? I tried the other items afterwards. It was all gross. I gave up and trashed my food. I blame myself. I should've known better based on the previous 2 visits. The one star is for the apple pie. It was so good. Hot and crispy just like my food should have been.?

It's just what you would expect from fast food chicken. Place was clean and staff attentive. Next time we need a quick fried chicken fix we will come here as opposed to the other fast food chicken places.

The worse service I've seen in a Popeyes's ... the main manger sits in the office and does not care at all what's goin on in the kitchen ... needs to hire people who care and depended .. stop it with the kids that don't care about our food .. it's a no go for me

Tried to give it 0 stars. Kid working the drive-through line last week asked to swipe my debit card "again" since it "didn't go through" the first time. Yeah. Then coincidentally a week later a bunch of fraudulent purchases on that exact card. Bunch of low-life scumbag crooks working at this location. Don't ever pay with card there, or at least force them to hold the card reader out of the window if you don't have any cash on you. I'll definitely be stopping by this week to speak to a manager, if they even have one on duty with some level of brains/competence, but I highly doubt it. Perfect example of everything wrong with our society, and more specifically the state of California in general.

The food I did receive was good however they give really small chicken here compared to other popeyes I've been too. Also having to wait 50minute inside the reasturant is not fun either when you feel you got ripped off with the amount of food you get for you money here. Guess they're trying to get Americans to slim down by eating fewer calories?

It might be just me but I think that's a rip off.---Original reviewIf you dine in or take out its pretty standard Popeyes. If you do drive through however it takes a long time. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a po boy.

2 bad experiences! Really bad service! The first time I was missing side dishes when I got home and came back to talk to the manager, I was treated bad as if I was trying to get food for free! Today they didn't have spicy chicken, the beans were spoiled, I got only one fork with a family meal and on top of everything the chicken and side dish was cold.. tried calling but no answer!

Tasha is the heart of this place. She greets from the heart and is the hardest worker there. She is constantly moving and doing her best to help customers. Everyone go in and make sure you tell her boss what a good job she's doing!!!!
