Took my 3 year old out for a father-daughter date around the area. We finished our activity and I decided to take her here for some ice cream since it's been really hot. Walked in and stood in front of the ice cream selection. The young man walked to the ice cream counter and I greeted him with a hello and how's it going. No response. No simple hello or smile back. Just a blank stare. I ordered for my daughter and asked him if they had any sprinkles. The young man stood there again with a blank face. I then promoted him to add it on top since he didn't say anything like "Yes, we have some. Would you like some?" I go around the corner to pay and I saw the he just carelessly topped it with sprinkles. Barely covering the top of the ice cream. The young man didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. I tapped my card and paid. The young man then said "Receipt?" I said no thank you. The young man didn't even say thank you or enjoy the ice cream. Terrible service. This experience makes me apprehensive about brining my wife and other child here in the future. The owner should really look into teaching basic costumer service to their employees, or at least to that young man.

We stopped by here on a whim after dinner and are so glad that we did! The quality and flavor selection of the ice cream here is our new favorite in SCV! I highly recommend honey lavender which was sweet with a subtle earthy floral, my boyfriend had the banana which was surprisingly delightful with a touch of cinnamon. Customer service is top notch and we can tell they are passionate about their ingredients and upholding traditional creamery values! This is a great spot to take your date or your family!

This place is amazing!! All their flavors are so unique and delicious, they have very light, not overwhelming flavors which I love. My favorite by far has been the lavender if they have it when you try this place I highly recommend trying it.

The BEST ICECREAM IN TOWN! Must try! So delicious! The flavors are so unique and the customer service is awesome!

This is likely the best ice cream shop in SCV. It is pricey, but worth it. My daughter is very picky and this is her favorite ice cream shop. They make their Ice cream from scratch and they have a very interesting variety of flavors. I met the owner before and he is a very cool guy and is really into his business and it shows.Pro tip:If you like Afoggatos, you're in luck. They have them available, and if you get it with the Horchata Ice cream, it is particularly good.

Stopped in this afternoon to have some ice cream. The hibiscus sorbet was truly delicious. My daughter tried the coffee ice cream and said it was light, creamy and hit the spot ? My granddaughters had strawberry and vanilla and honestly, they finished every last drop. Please visit this family owned and operated shop. Newhall Landings ??
