Food was very bad. The tri tip was chewy, the onion appetizer was bland. Wonderful service and a nice atmosphere, but they don't make up for the bad food.

Whatever you do, don’t order the ribs. I know, this place is a BBQ, and you maybe wondering “well what did the ribs do to you?” They disappointed me. That’s what they did.

First off, the service offers a warm welcome, which is nice and they get you seated almost immediately as you walk in. They ask how you are, and guide you to your table and are happy to answer any questions. Really wonderful people.

The atmosphere fills the vibe. I mean, look at the kids menus! On theme! The decor, absolutely breath taking. It fits really well.

Now for the dreading question; what about the ribs? Well let me tell you something. Now I don’t mean this in a rude way, but it’s either one of the two;

1. Very dry, hardly any meat

2. Just basically burnt bone.

I mean the veggies are good. But avoid the ribs. They are just a waste of money.

I was pleasantly disappointed by this place. The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. It was obviously hand made and fresh, and not just a factor meal. The bread buns they gave us were very doughy, I didn’t really have a problem with that but there was zero flavor to them. The bbq potatoes were okay, the potato was under seasoned and bland, it was carried hard by the chicken it came with. I was not a fan of the Mac and cheese, very cheesy with small macaroni noodles but again just bland and missing something. I got the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, which wasn’t bad. I was shocked by how well cooked the chicken was, not dry or anything. The bread got soggy fast. I don’t know what I expected there, I should’ve just gotten the pulled pork sandwich instead. Yknow gotten bbq at the place that is known for bbq. But I’m not willing to try again. Service was great tho, whole place (bathrooms included) was clean, booth seats were nice and the cushions weren’t all messed up. 80 with tip for 2 people with 1 entree.

At best, I'd say it was an average experience for food quality. Service was slightly less than I prefer and the prices do not reflect the quality and level of the food (the price is higher than it should be). Overall, I don't recommend the restaurant and would not return unless someone else picks the restaurant.

My sister and I had dinner today at Rattlers. It's been a couple years since we ate at there. We love there food, but we disappointed today when we received our meals seen that the sides dishes had shrunk by at least 50%.. The side of baked beans and coleslaw being served in dipping bowls is a crying shame. We used to get a much larger serving of these side items, when you order your meal.
I think Rattlers should really think hard and give there guests what they want and see how much more there business will grow.
I loved the half chicken dinner and twice baked potatoes. My sisters meal chicken breast was just as delicious. She was very disappointed over the Peanut coleslaw . When her meal arrive her side items were bake bean and peanut coleslaw, (very small portions) than what you used to give your guests before.

Ordered the bbq beef sandwich with Mac n cheese and baked beans. The sandwich was full of fatty pieces. Had to send the Mac n cheese back cuz it was cold and it came back still cold but with an additional scoop. First time there probably won’t be back. The salads were great.

We visited for an early dinner on a weekday afternoon and were seated promptly despite the steady flow of patrons. This was our first time dining here, and we were delighted by the exceptional service provided by our server, Enio. He was highly accommodating and attentive, offering thoughtful recommendations on menu selections. We followed his suggestions, and each dish exceeded expectations.

The margarita was expertly crafted, and the beef ribs were exceptional—generously portioned and perfectly cooked, though we could only manage two of the massive ribs! The garlic rolls were a standout, and the cheesecake made for a delightful end to the meal.

Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience. The food was outstanding, but the impeccable service made it truly memorable. Thank you to our excellent host, Enio. We look forward to returning for another rib night!
