Such horrible rude service by the sister of the owner of the shop. The donut was so overly sweet it literally tasted like sugar cubes. Every bite of the donut was so sugary and no doubt so unhealthy to consume because of the high sugar content. I tried to explain to the sister of the owner of the shop that I only took a bite of the donut and even showed the donut to her and asked her kindly if she would exchange it for a less sweeter donut and she refused. She also refused to give me a refund for the donut. She obviously doesn't care about providing decent customer service and cared to make profits a priority first over making sure her customer is happy with the purchase from this donut shop. Also their machine recorded the PIN number used to make this purchase, which I thought was very strange. Will not be returning to this Donut Shop again. Yum Yum donuts has excellent customer service and has amazing delicious donuts.

This place has the cutest donuts for kids. Mario and Pikachu are my sons current go to favorites. My husband and I love the giant apple fritter with gooey center. My other go to is the raspberry jelly donut. Thai milk tea boba is perfect. Turkey sandwich on croissant you can't go wrong. Prices beat McDonalds. Display windows and facility always spotless with ample seating inside and free parking. The donuts are also great for kids parties and can be done pretty last minute

Great donuts, I just have a difficult time with the 50 cent credit card processing fee that is not posted anywhere! They simply ring you up, take your card, and then look at you and ask if that's ok. Once, they charged me extra for a box because I bought less than 12 donuts. The nickel and dime charges at the end are just ridiculous.

This location has the most kind, attentive, and talented bakery staff in my opinion in Scv. Their beverages are also some of the best I have ever had. I would also say with absolutely no hesitation that the atmosphere is very peaceful yet bustled which they fully deserve. I 100% recommend this bakery.

I will live and die for the bagel sandwiches here. Absolutely delicious. The ingredients are always fresh, and i really really appreciate the jalapeños that come on the side. Also, their decorated donuts are so cute! I got an oreo panda one the other day, and it was so tasty. The people behind the counter are so nice and I'm glad this place is close enough to my home for me to walk there :)
I always buy donuts at Honey donuts, I can keep it in the fridge and eat it for 3 days still taste good. I thought I gave other places a try. I tried S and S a few days ago. Donuts were old. But they were generous with toppings.
Service here is horrible and slow there donuts nothing special Krispie creams better anyways

Food is good, but owner has no customer service at all. We expend over $50 in sandwiches and donuts, and we just wanted a clean table to sit, and she told us to clean it ourselves. She walk away and left.

Doughnuts are decent. Used to go here all the time years ago, and the owners were very nice people. Now they hired workers, and it's just not the same. The lady that rang us up wasn't very pleasant. She didn't even want to speak to us, just pointed at the total on the register, we paid, and she just left our items on the counter and walked away. Didn't say a word to us. Makes me not want to go anymore.

WOW! Wonderful service!!! So helpful and exactly what I wanted for my Harry Potter inspired donuts! And guess what... they were delicious, too! My guests complimented how great the donuts tasted, on top of how cute they they were.
