Came in and the old lady there told me she can't take my order. She was in a rush to close up and leave. Terrible service.

Sam's is always a favorite. The shawarma is my favorite. They were out of it by the time I got there on this trip, but they were so great about it, even calling other locations for me. Can't say enough about Sam's.

Really rude and grumpy people who work there. Like they can't stand their own customers. Sam's grill on soledad a little further away us waaaay better.

They are so friendly and have no issues doing substitutes. The chicken and beef kebabs are our favorites.

Food is pretty good. Service can definitely improve. Older gentleman with gray hair can definitely be nicer, a smile goes a long way. I won’t be going back. Customer service is a big deal to me.

After a long day at the beach and the 405 freeway Sam's Flaming was a very refreshing experience. With great potions fantastic service, the food was fresh and the chicken fell off the bone. Excellent customer service. We loved it!

I placed a chicken kebab plate for pick at 645pm the person tells me it’ll be 15-20 mins. I get there at 7pm, I wait an additional 15 mins with no reason why I’m given the same wait time as 15 minutes ago. No “here’s a drink while you wait”. What’s the point ordering ahead. So I try to enjoy my food but out the 6 pieces of chicken 2 of them are half the size of the rest. The rice tastes like it was warmed up in the microwave. Not worth the $16, I’ll have to find a new kebab place.

These ppl close 30 mins before they’re supposed to be closed. Called to order and they asked what I wanted to order, they went ahead and took my order and then proceeding telling me they need more time to cook the food and that they’re closed. Not sure why she took my order to just tell me they need time to cook the food when they’re supposed to be opened …

LOVE THERE FOOD !! LOVE THERE chicken kabob salads & CUCUMBER YOGURT SAUCE!! I get it all the time ! Fresh lettuce! And good chicken THIS PLACE IS WAY BETTER THEN OTHER GYROMANIA GROSS THAT PLACE IS GROSS !!

The boorish behavior of the employees of this establishment discourages anyone from coming there again! People from the Soviet Union work there, they have no education, they never say hello, they are just rude to people. Their faces look like they owe everything. And this grill smells like a cheap canteen, they probably don’t even have a working hood, the doors are always open for ventilation.

Very bad service

We get Sam's at least 2 x a month and the Newhall/Valencia location is the best. The remodeled restaurant looks great and the food is always on point ?
