The boorish behavior of the employees of this establishment discourages anyone from coming there again! People from the Soviet Union work there, they have no education, they never say hello, they are just rude to people. Their faces look like they owe everything. And this grill smells like a cheap canteen, they probably don’t even have a working hood, the doors are always open for ventilation.

We get Sam's at least 2 x a month and the Newhall/Valencia location is the best. The remodeled restaurant looks great and the food is always on point ?
The food is not prepared well. The workers come from the back with the meat in their bare hands. The front counter workers are extremely rude and the handle the money and food without wearing gloves. The atmosphere is cold and not friendly at all. If it wasn't for my family asking for this I would have quickly turned around and left. Horrible workers.

I arrived at this location about 20 minutes prior to them closing. An older woman open the door and immediately I felt the warm welcome from her. She took my order fast and I was out with my two very yummy plates in less than five minutes and when I got home food was still nice and warm, very good. Thank you!Vegetarian options: Falafel salads and more!
BEWARE**. Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I literally got accused of stealing my own pickup order. As I was leaving with my order, in the most humiliating way, she puts out her hand, like I’m a child, demanding me to return the order to her, and says, “that’s not yours.” We went back and forth. When I showed her the receipt, she still didn’t believe me and instead of apologizing she continued to treat me like a criminal and told me “just go” and shooed me away, as if I had swindled her?Aside from that, I placed the order ahead of time. I even gave them an extra 10 minutes from my pickup time. When I got there, I was told to wait. Only after 5 minutes, did they start to making my order.I was treated so coldly. If there’s ever a misunderstanding, kindness leads to resolution. She was so quick to accuse me, and enjoyed that moment. I just hope that interaction was personally targeted towards me, and not a group of people that look like me (Look at other reviews). Of course, this goes without saying, I’ll never be returning here.

You should never ever say you have Greek food. this was the most disgusting food. there was no feta used in the salad no Greek olives and the salad dressing was not edible. the bread they give is not true pita bread and the humus was not edible. pleas no longer claim to have Greek food when you absolutely do not. that was the worst food ever. I wasted a lot of money because I had to throw it out. we can usually try to eat some but there was no way. my husbands chicken was over done and mine was undercooked.

So we've been coming to Sam's for many years but this location is closest to us now. My wife loves this place but a couple years back, I stopped wanting it at the other location because their prices went way up, not unlike every store everywhere with Bidenomics *eyes roll. Nonetheless, the food is always top notch delicious and pretty healthy. Since I've caved in and started ordering Sam's again from here, we've found the customer service to be wonderful. The lady here always remembers my wife, since we've ordered several catering meals for get together. She is super nice and friendly. I have fallen off the wagon again and am ordering here, and my stomach is still pretty happy about it.
