Beautifully arranged store with plenty of space and seats. Got a complimentary cake pop for my birthday, so a big thank you the wonderful baristas!

This Starbucks has a nice look to it compared to most in the area. They got my drink made correctly, but there is barely any room to sit down.. could probably trigger some kind of claustrophobia.

This is probably the best starbucks I have ever been to. It's big, it's clean, it's super friendly. They also serve all of their drinks, hot or cold, in paper cups with paper lids. When I went, there was a group there having a great time, and they had dogs. It was so nice to see such well-behaved dogs and happy people just having a really great time together. The customer service was on point and quick to serve us. Other starbucks, take note. This place is really amazing. Keep up the good work, and I will be back!

This review is strictly about new compostable cups for cold drinks. As you can see, ice filled up to 4/5 of cup size. After 3-4 sips, there is no more drinks left. I have been drinking this same shaken espresso with oat milk served with clear plastic cups for as early it was introduced. Whoever came up with this idea should get fired. I won’t order cold drinks as long as you guys use these cups. I asked the baristas and only their answer was that it’s hard for them to size up how much ice to add to new cups. Not being a clear plastic cup, in case your drink is not made correctly , there is no way to check it. Go back to clear plastic cup, please !!!!

My coworkers and I get our daily coffee from this Starbucks location everyday. My coworker went to pick up this morning round for us. I always order a grande iced matcha with strawberry cold foam in a venti cup and usually never have issues, but this time when I got my drink, the venti cup had 1/3 filled up with matcha and the other 1/3 had strawberry cold foam and the last 1/3 was empty (which is fine), but the issue here was that ratio of matcha to strawberry was half matcha and half strawberry cold foam. My drink was noticeably portioned weird, but still gave it a try. When I mixed the drink, it tasted predominately like Strawberry milk, which I didn't like. I called the location to inform them I didn't like my drink. Shelby answered and asked for my name. I told her the issue, and she was just arguing with me about it. She told me that my drink was "what I had asked for." First of all, if a paying customer is telling her she doesn't like her drink, why are you questioning that.. I told her the ratio was way off to the point I could hardly taste the matcha. She continues arguing with me telling me I should have asked for "extra room" in the cup when I order on the app. Mind you, 1. Ive never had an issue ordering this before, I asked for it the same way, 2. I paid $6 for this drink 3. The cup they gave me did have room, so the fact she was arguing over all these little things is crazy to me. She was extremely rude. Shelby needs to go back to corporate training.

I come to this location every single day and I’m really upset with the experience that I had today with Shelby. First off it said my order was ready from the app and it’s not there so she puts down a similar order but a different size drink and I show her my order and she goes. Oh then that’s it and I’m like no it’s not. I had a Venti and she said was it a delivery order and I showed her again! Why would I be here if it’s a delivery. My drink was not the right size. She takes it dumps it in the sink, not apologetic and just has them remake it that takes another 10 minutes and I’m completely late for my work meeting at this point when I placed my order at 8:07 and received it at 8:28. The egg bites were cold by the time I got my complete order. Everyone seem frustrated inside also waiting for theirs and I don’t know if She is just clearing orders without them being finished and there’s mistakes going on, but this is not OK

I usually don’t write reviews and I’m gonna be very honest I don’t come to Starbucks coffee often at all.
But I happen to come today to order for myself and for a few coworkers. I gave Erin my order exactly how my coworkers had told me and even though she was somewhat helpful it didn’t really sound like she was trying to offer Suggestion, it was more correcting me instead of feeling supported to inform me how the drink were made.
Therefore, I felt a little embarrassed and I don’t want to assume, as I was looking over, her body language felt like she talked about it amongst her coworkers and laugh due to my lack of knowledge in coffee. (Sorrryy Erin.)
This is why I don’t really like to go to Starbucks, sadly.

They have stopped placing the cup sleeves on the hot coffee cups. This is summer not winter and since when are people's hands made of iron to hold such hot liquids. Not very nice.

Super clean, really cute environment and the baristas are really sweet. Mia particularly was a sweetheart and made the most delicious cold brew I’ve ever had. Best Starbucks I’ve been to.

More than the all too familiar taste of the coffee, I enjoyed the casual conversations with the friendly and engaging local people while I sat in the outside patio. During my visit, I was not a local there; I was just babysitting my grandson while my daughter was visiting a clinic nearby.
